Weeks of delay, lower quality than advertised
Order arrived weeks later and only partially.
What arrived was of much lower quality - different material from what was posted on the website.
A shirt from the order lost a cuff button after a few hours.
However a refund was initiated upon receiving the complaint.

For some products, availability and waiting times are indicated during purchase, as they are not immediately in stock. At the same time, it is regrettable that the quality did not reflect what was expected.
We are glad a refund was arranged and remain available for any further support.
Straightforward
Holyart delivered what they stated, within the allotted time range. Oh, and I was not constantly peppered with pointless e-mails and follow ups. The product delivered, was actually better than originally anticipated. Cheers, David, Kent

Great product, well packaged. Took a while to deliver as it came from Italy, but I suppose that is the Brexit benefit.
