Terrible communications
3-18 update! Still no product...
First off, I waited several weeks for the item to be in stock, but now HolyArt claims they had to make it after I ordered.
Also I CANNOT find my exact item on the US website as HolyArt claims.
BTW, this is USPS' exact tracking response: "*Package not found The package you are looking for does not exist or could not be found."*
WHO to believe??? USPS or HolyArt's claim I already have it?
While the company (HolyArt) says I have the order, THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!! USPS has no tracking capability for a foreign tracing number.
What little communication exists is usually in Italian, with NO USD amounts listed. That means the charge varies with Italy's volatile currency rates.
BTW, the order was placed 2-27, today is 3-17.

On February 27th the order was placed on the UK website, which is why prices were shown in British pounds (GBP); for purchases in USD, the .com website may be preferred..
The item selected required about one month of production and was shipped earlier than expected on March 6 with standard delivery.
The parcel reached the United States on March 16 and today March 19th it departed the US PS facility in Atalanta GA. All communications have been sent in English, and the same tracking link provided can be used on the USPS website. If you have troubles tracking your order, please contact our customer service. We will be happy help.

Beautiful Wall Frame of Jesus and Disciples...
I recently purchased a wall frame of Jesus with His disciples from Holyart and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The artwork is absolutely beautiful and the level of detail is impressive. When I first saw it online I liked it, but when it arrived it honestly looked even better in person. The frame itself is very well made and feels strong and high quality. The image of Jesus with His disciples creates a very peaceful and spiritual atmosphere in my home and it truly feels like a meaningful piece rather than just decoration. The packaging was also excellent, so the item arrived in perfect condition without any damage. The whole experience with Holyart was very positive, from ordering to delivery. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend Holyart to anyone looking for high-quality religious artwork that is both beautiful and inspiring.

I purchased a small lantern for a…
I purchased a small lantern for a nativity crib for my grandchildren in Dec 2025. Nowhere on the item description did it say that a transformer device was required and I am not an electrician so the lantern could not be used. When I enquired Holyart said I needed a EU transformer. I purchased it. Then I needed another device to make the transformer work. I ordered it from a local electrical shop. They tested the device and it was fine. When it arrived the people in the shop tested lantern + transformer + device- it blew all the shop fuses. Total waste of money plus delivery= £50. Never again.

We are really sorry if the information on the product page was not clear enough. As specified on the prodyct page, the lamp is low voltage, and the small plug is shown in the images.
While low-voltage items are common for Nativity scenes, we understand this may not be familiar to everyone. We have now updated the product page to clearly state that a transformer is required. Thank you for helping us improve.

Generally good quality items
Generally good quality items, shipped quickly and at a good price. However, the sleeves on all my shirts are on the tight side, and I wish I'd have bought the next size up, although the rest of the sizing was fine, just around the shoulder is tight.
