SCAM!!! Order never delivered. Says I put the wrong address in, ( have proof of correct address) Have been trying to contact them for over a week, today the website is now “unavailable” the whole website. I cant ask for a refund because they will not respond to messages or emails, they have given me the run around for over a week. Spent almost $400!!

Prompt shipping and great response to replace damaged item caused by Fed Ex.Would definitely buy from them again. Price was unbeatable

My order placed arrived within 5 days (2 being the weekend), Very excited, setup and began using. Quit working within 2 weeks. Been over a week and still waiting the replacement to be sent. Very sad since our season to use is very short.

Good price, fast delivery - so fast that the order was not updated with tracking information before order actually arrived.

Had an issue with the product I ordered. They shipped me another one.

Company took almost $900 and never provided a product. Was given the run around for weeks.
Will submit a complaint with BBB since there is no way to call this company.

The wrong item was sent and I'm still waiting for the return label to get here, as I was told, to be able to return it.

The seller tried to have the package returned to them after payment was received. I had to track it back from ups to stop the return shipment. Aggravation and time out of my day.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the homecue company. Despite being assured multiple times by Mashood C that my package ( Order: 5321733) had been sent, I never received it. Today, I received an email from Mashood C claiming that he had tried to contact me several times, which is entirely false. Furthermore, he now alleges that my order was marked as lost in transit due to an incomplete address, which is impossible as I have proof of purchase clearly showing my complete address. This company's lack of transparency, dishonesty, and incompetence make it unreliable and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise against doing business with them.

On time and in perfect condition. Just what I ordered

Fantastic customer service, truly above and beyond when our shipment icky arrived with a piece of it (half of it missing). They quickly sent a replacement in its place.

Price was cheaper than anywhere else with more accessories included. Was very timely in the shipping as well as super reasonable in price. Very 😊

By far the best price on this product on the internet and shipped very quickly.
Update: Had UPS show up with a return label that was not requested just like user "Will H". Not sure how this can happen but assured by support it was just a mistake and to throw the label away. I will continue to watch to make sure something goofy doesn't come of this and update here if necessary.

I really enjoyed working with this company. Great pricing for sure and overall communication was great. The one thing was I disappointed in was the lack of communication when it came to tracking information. I actually received tracking the same night that the product had been delivered. Otherwise, everything was just as I had hope. Pool pump is up and running smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

*SCAM ALERT* I would give 0 stars if I could. Do NOT BUY from this company. Rep will constantly give you the run around and he seems to be the only one on chat and email. No phone number listed, hmm wonder why?? I was told delivery would be 5/7-5/10. Still don’t have my order. Told it was delayed due to number of orders, will receive in 1-3 days. Then “courier lost the package” new order placed, will receive in 1-3 business days. 2nd business day and being told FedEx hasn’t received my package. Being told they have it and to track. Told Rep I wanted money back that they were fraudulent and he left the chat.
