Ordered on September 6 - sent an email on 8 requesting expedited delivery - told they would look into it - no response after - sent email requesting update - told it was late due to back order - then told they were looking into it…. Still no delivery… can’t phone as calls are not answered…

I was extremely pleased to find a source for Voltaren gel, at a strength that was not readily available elsewhere, and which provided much needed pain relief. Entire process was seamless, expedient, and very user friendly. Shipping was quick. Will definitely shop here again!

I placed my order with Home Health Care Shoppe on September 3, 2026, and received an order confirmation. After nearly two weeks, I still had not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. When I checked their website, my order status still showed “Not yet shipped.”

I called once on September 16 and twice on September 17. No one answered, so I left voicemails, and not one of my calls was returned. I also emailed on September 17 asking when my order would be shipped and received no response. I later emailed again requesting that the order be cancelled and refunded because it still had not shipped. Again, no response.

Then, on September 18, I received an email asking me to confirm whether I had received my order. The options were that I had received it, that I had not received it in which case I was told to wait another 24–48 hours and contact Home Health Care Shoppe or that I had cancelled my order. I found this ridiculous considering I had already contacted them multiple times by both email and phone and every attempt had been ignored.

They eventually sent me an email on September 18 confirming that my order had been cancelled and that was it nothing more. No apology, no explanation for why an order placed on September 3 had never shipped, and no information about when my refund would be processed or when I could expect my money back.

Their website may show good products, but based on my experience, their customer service is horrible. You should not charge customers for products, fail to ship their orders, and then ignore their emails, calls, and voicemails. To make matters worse, my bank charged me a $3 transaction fee, so I lost money on an order I never even received. I will never order from this company again and absolutely do not recommend them.

My orders arrive in approximately 7 days and have been delivered in good condition and according to order.
The product is just as described and within any expiration dates. I highly recommend ordering from them.
