Customer service with Home Healthcare Shoppe remains top-level. Very responsive! United States customers - it took 2+ weeks for my order to be delivered by the newly GREAT Donald Trump United States Post Office USPS. Which included a trip to my home town then off to another state before returning to my home town 4 days later. It took the Sean Duffy scenic route! 😃

I was skeptical about ordering from a Canadian pharmacy but they were great. Responded to emails about my order, sent excellent tracking info, product arrived in the window promised (7-10 days). Would certainly use them again.

On-line order from Home Healthcare Shoppe...disappointing !!
Started out with an order from what appeared to be a local site in Surrey, BC (turned out to be a PO Box??)....the product had a well-known name for wheelchairs - Drive Ultra-Fly AFT18BK-SF - and the price seemed to be reasonable.
However, within 2 weeks, the right hand brake assembly broke and a piece fell off, which made the wheelchair unsafe for my wife, so we had to stop using it...
Finally got a response from Home Health....the brake assemblies are on back-order (must be a lot of failures) and we will be without the use of the wheelchair for a minimum of 4 months....no other option provided by Home Health ???

we apologize for what happened but we can only supply replacement part. Replacement order has been created to ship the replacement Hand Brake Assembly at no cost to the requested location to resolve the customer’s issue.
