Not worth the money
Not worth the money. I was quite disappointed with the cheap material (OSB sheet) used as the base or frame of the couch. We spent $4,000 for the cheapest glued together wood. You could at least use laminated wood or plywood as the base. You spend hours sanding the OSB so you don't get splinters and we still managed to get splinters. The seat cushions are way too hard and dense, after sitting on it for or a short period my wife's back starts hurting. Our previous couch that we paid $900 for was way more comfortable and I could actually take a nap on it. I don't even want to take a nap on this couch because it is too uncomfortable. I really want to like the couch but I can't. I can't and will not recommend this couch to anyone. We paid over $4,000 for a couch we don't even really like. Lesson learned.

Our frames are designed with durability, consistency, and modularity in mind. We make them with OSB sourced under the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. It carries the same structural strength as plywood while supporting more sustainable forestry practices. OSB has a more textured surface than other materials, and that’s a tradeoff we’re transparent about in service of a more sustainable product.

Love my sectional L shape sofa
Love my sectional L shape sofa and the dogs are already enjoying it too! It was very easy to put together and it was almost intuitive. Gather some patience sliding fabric onto certain parts like ottoman or the arms but it’s well worth it and make sure to sure elite cloth for easier slide. I am impressed with how non-toxic the furniture is and even compostable plastic was used for packaging the covers. More furniture companies need to be like that. Thank you, Home Reserve.

Absolutely love my couch after purchasing several years ago, and even happier that I've been able to replace several of the covers due to my destructive cat! They're easily washed and hold up really well. I love this company! The customer service is top notch.

When several parts of our corner unit…
When several parts of our corner unit arrived broken, the company expedited replacement parts. In addition when I mistakenly ordered the wrong depth for my exisiting sectional, the company reached out and corrected my order. The customer service is outstanding.

no hassle part replacement
I have had a few broken parts on my sofa since it was purchased. Getting replacements has always been no hassle. The customer service reps are friendly and helpful, and the parts have come very quickly. I do wonder if the number cutouts on the pieces might make them weaker because that always seems to be where the part breaks.

What are they doing well?
What are they doing well? EVERYTHING! Easy-to-use website. Easy order/checkout process. Kept me up to date on the order. Got the sample in just days. Got the fabric order in less than a week. Great quality fabric. I wanted a very specific style and color combo and they have it. I couldn't be happier.

Great company with quality furniture…
Great company with quality furniture and dedicated customer service. What sold me was the ability to wash covers, rearrange furniture and store items under each seat. Putting the furniture together was a lot of work but the final result was well worth it. Would definitely recommend!

Love the couch, took a long time
We have had our couch for about a month or so now and we love it, the quality of the fabric and construction both seen very good and it was been very comfortable for the whole family.
My one star off is for how slow the process is getting fabric samples took over a week each time, we got the trial piece which took a month and the couch took longer.
I love my couch and highly recommend it good quality and made in the US.
but if you need something sooner than later that will be a problem.

So Happy with My New Furniture
The furniture was packaged securely and in a way that made sense when I started to put pieces together. The written directions and the video instructions were easy to follow. The furniture looks very nice, and I believe our family will enjoy it for years to come.

I really like this furniture
I really like this furniture. I have an NRT right now. I will soon be ordering the rest. It is supportive, easy to assemble (and fun), the fabric is quite nice, and I love the storage. Having modular will be a big plus. I will begin with a small couch and chair and then I can add whenever I want more.

Great way to see if this is the couch for you
Loved that we could sample the product. Easy to put together with pretty clear instructions. But it does take some time.
I like the quality of the fabric and the support/comfort is balanced for my preference.
Love the storage!
The wide and deep is just right for us as we have a small home with only one living/tv room. We didn’t want the couch to consume the space. I like that it is just enough depth to be comfortable both sitting and lounging
Don’t like…..frame has no solid wood. But seems durable anyway. Just didn’t realize it was all compressed wood.
The one piece came in two packages on two separate days. I didn’t know this. So I was frustrated and confused when attempting to put together a partial piece. A few days later the second box arrived and then it all made sense.
These two issues may be my fault for not paying enough attention to details.
Here is what bothered me the most:
I ordered the wrong fabric. Requested an exchange. I had not even unpacked the original wrong colored cover, and was told to keep it or toss it!
I was really surprised by this as one of the main reasons I choose this company was its eco conscious and sustainability practices.
After all this said, I am going to order the rest of the couch. It will be a little more than we had set aside for a couch. Waiting to be sure we have the funds or if there will be a sale anytime soon.

I ordered an ottoman to match my current couch. When I received the order noticed I ordered the wrong color on accident. Customer service informed me that it could not be swapped for the correct color. Terrible customer service. This could have been a simple fix.

Outstanding couch
Outstanding couch! I love the sofa I ordered from you in the color Hemlock. The stool and couch provided so much storage, and the sofa fits me perfectly. I’m smaller than most and my feet can actually sit on the floor, if you are taller or a larger person I’d recommend getting the deep seats. The fabric was superb & I love my matching stool.

We received our trial piece. It was easy to assemble. The fabric is beautiful and once it was together it is so comfortable. We ordered the wide deep and it is so nice. We can't wait to order the rest to complete our new sectional.
