We took 1 of the seats out of the sectional we have and ordered arms to make it a side chair. The sectionals are very easy to move around and change up the seating in the room. The customer service person I dealt with was extremely helpful.
We received exactly what we needed to rearrange our living room.
We are on our 2nd sectional. They are built to last and stand up to all the dogs we have.
Very satisfied!

My experience has been absolutely HORRIBLE! When they finally sent us our couch..there is a whole section that they did not send the fabric at all. The fabric they did send us was a different fabric then our trial piece we ordered. They said they did not know what we had ordered , and they would send swatches to figure out what the right fabric was. They sent three swatches, Which took over a week to get to us. None of which are the fabric we have on any piece our couch? Customer service is non-existent, it takes days to get hold of them. If you want to return the couch they keep some of the money you spent on it and you have to pay to ship it back. Here I am three weeks since delivery stuck with a couch I can't set on because the middle of it has no covers
UPDATE:
They got back to us. They are willing to refund our money. That being said we have to give it to a non profit (sounds great..but wait) and provide them with documentation from the non profit that Home Reserve is donateing a couch worth exactly 4,800. The price has to be on the paperwork.
So we have a couch that only has half of the fabric and they want to get all the cost wrote off?
We live in a rural area and do not have any big second hand places. I have been calling around and no one wants this couch!
So now we get to run around to try to find someone in another bigger town to take the couch. This will mean multiple trips in our small van to get rid of it.
So they mess up...we do all the work?

I sent a chat asking to add to more sections for our sectional. Your phone lines were down that day due to weather, but the next day received an email with the order attached for my review. Such great customer service. You are the best!

We absolutely love our couch, the color is better than photos showed. It’s so soft, incredibly easy to build. Once you build your first piece everything is easy from there. My 8year old helped. It’s solid. The cushions as supportive but not stiff. So excited with my new couch!

Ordered 5 weeks ago and the received fabric swatches. Still awaiting the trial seat itself. Order shows as delivered with no way to see an update for the missing, main thing we ordered. No updates provided, just constant automated emails about reviews and trying to destroy fabric swatches.

It was effortless to order a new cushion for the place on the sofa my husband always sits. I e-mailed, got a quote and a link to pay. Cushion arrived, sofa refreshed. I love that I can fix anything on the sofa.

The assembly was easy enough, the construction is good, the fabric fit was a little difficult especially on the corner unit, love the color we picked. Customer service was good, delivery was longer than quoted!

So far my "experience" includes multiple/recurrent reminders to complete reviews for items I haven't received yet. Sample fabrics took longer to arrive than expected. We were charged $1 each and then as soon as SOON as they arrived the company started sending emails offering them for free. Waiting on the no-risk trial piece. Website is somewhat difficult to navigate in terms of quickly determining the difference in size of pieces ("deep" vs not deep vs "wide" vs not wide, plus which backs are interchangeable etc--everything that could have helped us select our piece more efficiently). Also one part of the website says "Within two weeks your trial piece will arrive" but after you order the message says "Your trial piece will ship in about two weeks." That's a big difference for an item undergoing ground transportation from one side of the country to another! It should also be made clearer that this furniture does not have legs at all. You have to literally read every word on the (convoluted) website to understand what you are getting. But we wanted American-made seating with storage, and it seems this company is it.

I've reached out for countless replacement couch pieces (I have 3 small boys) and they've all been sent out quickly and without question. 10/10 customer service

First of all, we love the couch. It is the right amount of firmness, and for two over-6-feet people, the deep style keeps us feeling like we actually get our whole thighs on the couch. The only thing I would change is the back height (or attachable headrests - Home Reserve, add on idea!). Our dogs have also voted it 10/10, and the Retriever fabric is standing up to the muddy paws and digging when we aren't looking.
Construction took about 2 hours per sectional piece. The instructions were clear, and the only issue we had was piece 7 on one of the sectionals didn't have a deep enough notch. We used the sandpaper, and after 45 mins of sanding, it finally fit. Otherwise, everything else fit just fine!
Customer service ahead of buying the couch was great. We had a few questions about design and measurements, and they were super responsive and helpful. We have (no kidding) been saving for this couch for seven years, and we wanted to get it right - and they helped with that. Post order, I reached out twice for updates, but received no response. It ended up ok, but it would've been nice to hear back. Definitely download the app they recommend for tracking.

I ordered some swatches, couldn’t decide on a fabric,so I ordered some more. I think I found what I was looking for and I am able to “try before I buy” the whole sectional. I ordered the armless chair in my chosen fabric. I love that option! It’s no risk and a no-brainer! Mackenzie reached out and asked me if I needed any assistance in choosing fabrics. Such great customer service!

This company earned my trust. A free trial period was advertised, and it was truly free. Although it didn’t work out for us this time, we followed instructions provided for a hassle free return. I can say the things that really stand out are 1-excellent and prompt customer service 2-made in the USA 3-being able to receive swatches 4-easy assembly with clearly marked pieces.

Quick and easy - a portion of my couch had separated. I took pictures and uploaded them. They contacted me and we determined which pieces were needed to correct this and prevent it from happening again. They mailed me the parts and links to make the changes. So easy!! Thank you.
