Great American company to work with
Great American company to work with! Website setup is great, options are easy to figure out. We ordered a chair, huge ottoman and a couch that's made up of two wide sections. I LOVE that they don't keep overhead and make every order once the customer has ordered it. I didn't mind the wait since I knew this. Once it arrived, I noted that it was well packed and labeled so i knew what box went with which piece. The instructions they included were fantastic and the little details that helped put together the furniture (fabric to go over the foam, carboard triangle to hold up a main piece) are the things that made this a worthwhile purchase. I've already recommended the company to someone else and if I ever need more furniture I will definitely use them again!

Difficulty Ordering
When I went on the website to order an additional corner piece for my sectional, the website only had the option to order pieces for the deep seat sectional and wide deep seat sectional. Due to the standard sectional not being shown on the ordering page, I mistakenly ordered a corner piece that did not fit my standard sectional. I did not realize this was the wrong piece until I had it fully put together and tried to connect it to my existing unit. When I contacted customer service, they said that there was an issue with their website and they couldn't get the standard sectional pieces to show on the ordering page and in order to order standard pieces you had to go into the "shop by layout" page and then take off the pieces you don't need. I was told that I should have called customer service to order the additional piece since it wasn't listed on the website. I was then told I would have to pay for return shipping and be charged a restocking fee to return the incorrect piece. After quite a bit of discussion, Home Reserve paid for return shipping, but I still had to pay for the restocking fee. I then had disassemble the incorrect piece and box it back up for return. I also had to wait an additional three weeks to get the correct piece. The website needs to be fixed (or at least some sort of directive put on the ordering page) for ordering additional standard sectional pieces.

Loveseats for new home.
We wanted two loveseats for our new house. My daughter recommended your company because we both have cats. The samples were great inn helping decided best color for the new family room. The only confusion was that the assembly instructions were for a sectional, not a loveseat. A single call to your help center explained how the instructions were the same and my husband had no problems building the loveseats.

Great customer service
Great customer service. The directions for assembling the sectional were very thorough. We hired our teenage grandson and his friend to complete the project. They found it very satisfying to put together the very large (7 piece) sectional.

Love my stinky sofa
Love my sofa! It was the only way we could get one upstairs, box by box. Instructions were easy to follow putting it together. Very comfy to sit and lay on. I would have given it 5 stars except for the strong odor. Even after a month, it still stinks, possible the glue in the osb?

The couch is not very comfortable, covers are hard to change and we haven't had it that long and its already falling apart.

The furniture is great
The furniture is great! It looks good and is comfortable. The fulfillment time was a problem because there was an equipment failure. It would have helped if there had been communication letting us know what kind of delay to expect since it was around the Christmas Holiday.

Super service
We bought our couch 10 years ago and it's still going strong. We moved and redecorated, so wanted new covers. The model we have isn't being made any more, so the covers to fit it were not listed. A quick email resolved this problem. The covers we chose were special made for our couch. They are beautiful and look great in our living room. These folks really go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. And the products are great.

I love this company! Their service was excellent. Unfortunately, the sample sofa piece we ordered did t work for us. The quality was great but it did t fit our space. They took it right back with no problems. I would definitely recommend!

Simple instructions, easy to assemble
The sectional that I ordered came in many boxes with even more pieces. The assembly process looked like it could be difficult at first but the instructions were simple and easy to follow. After conquering the first piece, the rest were a breeze!

Submit my first claim
Almost a year into owning our couch, I had to submit a claim for a broken piece. I hit send and took that end of the couch apart and found another broken piece. I submitted another claim. I was worried I wouldn’t get everything I needed because I was unsure when submitting. But everything I needed came in about a week and it was so great to just put that together and have a complete couch again! So grateful!
