Great Quality, Great Comfort, World Class Service
We have had one sectional for over 10 years and still love it... so we bought another. The customer service is world class answering all our questions and even helping us order the cushion designs that were no longer offered on their webstie.

Excellent Customer Service
Two of my cushions got snagged due to exposed staples on the seat webbing. Home reserve not only replaced the seat covers, but also replaced the seat lid with the webbing to prevent further issues.
All my company comments on how they like the style, color and comfortable support. We do too! My daughter prefers the sectional over her bed.

Love the Sectional, Not the Smell
Love the sectional. Three weeks later, the living room still smells of plywood. Wish there had a been a coat of primer on it from the factory.

I've had my sectional for 8 yrs
I've had my sectional for 8 yrs and needed my first replacement part- it was so easy, even though I couldn't find any of my original order info. The staff quickly responded and got my part shipped quickly. Really grateful the sectional is as good as new now since it's our main family relaxing space

Great cleanable fabric, great warranty
We purchased our sectional from Home Reserve in 2021 after a family member raved about its warranty and cleanable fabrics. We have a young child and she immediately pooped all over our couch and we were able to wash everything and it was good as new. She has since been potty trained, but is now a very active child who is rough on everything. One of the boards on our couch broke right around Christmas and within a day or two we had a new part. Great customer service. Would highly recommend especially if you have kids!

Very frustrating ordering experience
Very frustrating ordering experience. Placed the order over the phone to be sure everything would be correct. First recieved a cover for the incorrect cushion style. Had to call and correct this. A correct set was made and mailed. I stressed on the phone what year I originally bought my sofa. I was sent side pieces for newer sofa and no adapter panels as the older one would need. Had to call again and get this corrected. Did eventually get the correct ones. Everyone on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful but having to call three times about one order was annoying. I also bought this as a replacement set because my old vinyl covers (Cantina) fabric line peel and flake.

It’s a nice couch once you get past building
It’s a nice couch so far. It was the building that was a hassle but once it was built it’s been comfortable and fits our place perfect.

Honored the warranty and shipped parts quickly
The arm of my sofa broke and they sent the parts I needed very quickly and honored the warranty of the furniture. I didn't have to pay for the parts. It was a good decision to purchase from them.

It's okay and excellent customer service
It's okay. Their customer service is really good. The fabric really is stain resistant. The negative part is that they use raw unsanded wood, and send a sanding block for you to sand it. So unless you want to bring your whole couch outside and then back inside, it makes you have a lot of sawdust in your house, which is dusty and not good for breathing. We have had our couch for about 5 months now, and I still smell the sanded wood smell. Even if you buy the liners for the storage compartments, the top of the compartment is raw wood, so anything you put in there will be sawdusty. The ottomans have a cover on both sides of their storage compartment, but anything I put in there smells like sanded wood. Another negative is that the seat pillows always slide forward as you sit on them, and things just don't seem to fit to perfectly. The back pillows and seat cushions are always sliding slightly askew, and do not sit squarely on their wooden frame. Overall, it is okay and it will work, but the only way I would buy from Home Reserve again is if they used higher quality wood and sanded the wood before shipping.
I just want to follow up on my review. Since my review wasn't that good Home Reserve reached out to me and had me take pictures of my sofa, to help figure out why it wasn't fitting together very well. They did send me new cushions, and now it fits together very well, and the cushions don't slide as much. They do have very good customer service, like I said originally.
