It's okay and excellent customer service
It's okay. Their customer service is really good. The fabric really is stain resistant. The negative part is that they use raw unsanded wood, and send a sanding block for you to sand it. So unless you want to bring your whole couch outside and then back inside, it makes you have a lot of sawdust in your house, which is dusty and not good for breathing. We have had our couch for about 5 months now, and I still smell the sanded wood smell. Even if you buy the liners for the storage compartments, the top of the compartment is raw wood, so anything you put in there will be sawdusty. The ottomans have a cover on both sides of their storage compartment, but anything I put in there smells like sanded wood. Another negative is that the seat pillows always slide forward as you sit on them, and things just don't seem to fit to perfectly. The back pillows and seat cushions are always sliding slightly askew, and do not sit squarely on their wooden frame. Overall, it is okay and it will work, but the only way I would buy from Home Reserve again is if they used higher quality wood and sanded the wood before shipping.
I just want to follow up on my review. Since my review wasn't that good Home Reserve reached out to me and had me take pictures of my sofa, to help figure out why it wasn't fitting together very well. They did send me new cushions, and now it fits together very well, and the cushions don't slide as much. They do have very good customer service, like I said originally.

We LOVE our pet friendly sectional
We LOVE our pet friendly sectional! We've had it a month and have already washed 3 pieces due to pet messes. The fabrics have washed up perfectly. I'm so glad we spent a little extra money to get a pet friendly sectional because it's worth every penny. Non-washable furniture would already be ruined for good! The customer service has been amazing too. They're quick to answer any questions I've had and have been very helpful through our buying and assembly process.

Comfortable and High-quality
We looked at many options for new furniture, and were hesitant to buy online. We are very happy with our 2 Home Reserve deep seat sectionals. We were able to customize the size to work in our room, and the fabric is perfect for our busy family. Assembly was easy. The seats are firm but very comfortable and the couches feel very durable. Excellent value!

Love my new couch/sectional
Love my new couch/sectional. The cushions are so firm, which is helpful for my husband‘s chronic back pain. The height of the back is also really good for him. The fabric is super easy to clean and the dog hair comes up very easily.

I really like my sofa
I really like my sofa. Upon putting the pieces together we noticed that the arm pieces were broke. See pictures. We popped them back up and continued and hopefully it won't affect anything. We were also missing the light fabric that went over the wood arm pieces to make it easier to put the fabric on. Overall I like how sturdy it is and the fabric.

Very uncomfortable couch…
I was really hoping to love our Home Reserve couch. We ordered the Millie deep seat sectional and although it does well with pet hair and is easy to clean, this couch is VERY uncomfortable. It is very firm, and the back cushions are too short to provide any upper back support, leaving us with neck/upper back pain after sitting on the couch for too long. The look of this couch is very nice, but I would not purchase from them again. The most important thing about a couch is how it feels, and I’m very disappointed with the product. Sadly, I would not recommend their products. 😔

Amazing couch for the price
Amazing couch for the price. Great for big heavy set people (Holds its shape amazingly!). Putting it together is easy, but it does take some time! (USE THE GLOVES lol). Love the extra storage in each seat (The inserts are worth it!).
We were forced to test how washable it was on day 3 when my cat threw up all over the pillows. Wiped it off, threw everything in washer and no stains!
I don't think you can get a better sectional for the price. Anything nicer will have a large jump in price. Oh and order the test piece like they recommend. I don't know why other companies do not encourage that more!!!

We bought our sectional so long ago I can’t even remember when it was but when a part failed all I had to do was take a picture and send it. I immediately recieved an email telling me my part was on the way! It came a couple of weeks later and our sectional is back to normal. The unexpected part…it was free!

Quality product
I originally purchased the Laney sectional pieces for my small NYC space and I've used many configurations since. I've replaced some cushions and covers and lost hardware and recently decided to change the covers and add a corner piece. I ordered after Thanksgiving and received 2 weeks into the New Year. I give the product and the outstanding customer service 5 stars. But I deduct one star because my original eggplant bull nose cover color was discontinued when I wanted to replace some pieces. They provided the closest match which was acceptable but not as lint free as the first. I love my new Retriever Atlantic covers; they coordinate well with most of the same colors as my old aubergine covers. The frames themselves are still going strong and this is still one of the best house purchases I've made.

Great concept and nice furniture but not well executed sale.
The concept behind your furniture is wonderful and the chairs we bought are very nice. However, when we ordered our 2 chairs the website said they shipped in 2 weeks, which went to 3 weeks almost immediately after we placed our order. Then it went to 4 weeks (during the holidays). About week 3 we were notified that our chairs were being built. But before they shipped we were notified that after completing the first chair they had to start a new roll of fabric but found the new roll to be flawed. That meant our chair ordered in November would not have fabric until the end of December. Home Reserve shipped the first chair to us in December and we have no complaints about the chair itself, though a piece of foam was missing from the order and had to be shipped separately. The second chair was finally manufactured in January and shipped to us. However, the dye lots do not match exactly and so we now have 2 chairs of slightly different colors instead of 2 matching chairs.
If the fabric issue was really the problem we can't fault Home Reserve too much. But we did not receive 2 matching chairs. Home Reserve should have handled this differently in our opinion and not shipped us the first chair, but should have waited and built both chairs from the same roll of fabric.
