HomeShredUK Opiniões

I think it is doing well on all fronts. Easy to talk to someone in the office ( unusual these days to call straight through to a human being and a pleasant one too. )Call received to advise a one hour slot for collection. Driver friendly and helpful. Full marks all round

Firstly, the customer service folks were lovely and so helpful as was the fellow who came to collect all my sensitive documents and old laptops. The follow up was good, too, as I received an email with all the information about the shredding of my documents and so on. Great service - I'm so relieved to have a reliable firm take care of this for me.

The whole process is seamless, the bags arrive swiftly and the collection process is very easy and the collection operative was very helpful and polite,

Great service - very efficient. Great staff - friendly and professional. Made the process very simple.

Easy to book a confidential waste collection. Good communication and efficient service.

IN have used Home Shred on a few occasions now and I always find their service first class and it meets my ICO requirements. I will use them again without any hesitation and recommend them to anyone requiring this service.

HomeShred were quick, prompt and kept me updated throughout. I will use them again.

A very efficient service. Good to receive a 2 hour time slot for collection and a certificate of destruction. Would not hesitate to use HomeShred again.

The collection of the sacks was very efficient and the collector arrived on time and was very pleasant and courteous. The whole process from delivery to collection of sacks worked very well.

Professional, efficient and will use again in the future.

Both times we have used HomeShred, the phone was answered promptly, the order taken efficiently, the bags delivered the next day and the collection carried out within the timeslot arranged: what more can you ask?

Excellent service! Seamless from beginning to end! 5 sacks cleared out all my old paperwork! 👌

Another great collection from Home Shred - always a good service

Prompt service, immediate reporting back, and no problems for me at all. Perfect!

A really good way to get rid of confidential paperwork and save time and effort using one's personal shredder. Delivery of sacks and collection is very efficient and I would highly recommend HomeShred.

Homeshred made everything so easy. We bought 10 bags as we are moving and had years of (unnecessary) paper work to get rid of. Once we had filled them we arranged the pick up date, the man turned up with his trolley on time and took it all away. We used 7 bags in the end but will make sure we keep the paperwork down and get Homeshred back at some point. It’s such a good feeling now it’s gone!

Excellent service, very helpful in changing collection dates and on collection very helpful and polite.

We recently used HomeShred again and cannot fault their service. I made a mistake when booking my collection and they were so helpful when rearranging.

The process was straightforward start to finish. The EcoShred sacks arrived within 48 hours of ordering them; arranging pick-up of sacks was just a few clicks on the website; the driver arrived punctually to take the sacks away; and the certificate of destruction was received the following day. The overall cost was very reasonable too. I would definitely use HomeShred again. Thoroughly recommended !
