Best prices and great customer service
Best prices and great customer service! Pickup up the phone without spending time on the line, very helpful. Communicate with the hotel so answer all questions And requirements. Even was willing to cancel after the free cancellation date only for very small cancellation fee. Am really pleased with this service.

Do not honor bookings that are paid for.
We found a good price for a hotel and booked it, paying a deposit. Then we got an e-mail that the booking "cannot be honored" due to the price being for "the local market only." Then why did you make it available to me?
Edit: The site's response is not true. We did NOT use a fake location. They even admitted it was their error in the email. And now instead of taking responsibility, they're making up stories.
They also did not offer alternatives, but to pay a much higher price for the original booking.

My friend recommended hotelsnest and we boomed the same hotel Marbela in Corfu for great price.
They upgrade us to their Nestelite program and we got free transfers.
Their best service is that they answer in their whatsapp support anytime.
I will definitely check again their rates for my future hotel bookings.

One of the best hotel site that I visited lately.
Very easy to use and clear pricing, I booked a hotel in Athens and Crete for my family. Their telephone support is amazing and they know about the hotels that they are selling…. I spoke with a Greek guy!!!
They don’t offer flight so I would highly recommend to add this feature….

I rarely write reviews but Hotelsnest support exceed my expectations.
Dimitri was so helpful with my hotel booking g and other arrangements like transfers and car rental.
We communicate with WhatsApp which I found extremely helpful.
My booked rate was 15% discounted and I like that their rates are available without login.

Great website i booked twice and they…
Great website i booked twice and they upgraded me to their Nestelite program.
Their rates was 5-10% lower than other websites and they offer support is superb.
Always before i book my holidays i am getting a lot of information about hotel facilities and things to do outside our hotel.
In any other website that i called their agents didn't had a clue about the hotels that they are selling…. Which for me is extremely important.
At hotelsnest i spoke with Dimitris who was knowledgeable because he was working on hotels in Greece…. We booked Crete.
I will see what is the difference now as a nestelite member… and come back with another review …. But so far everything is perfect

We booked early in March for our…
We booked early in March for our honeymoon the Lilium Suites in Santorini with hotelsnest, their rate was 10% lower from any other website.
I am writing this review mostly becouse of their outstanding support. Due to high winds we stuck in Athens and we couldn't travel, they managed to change our dates with no extra fees.

I am extremly satisfied with hotel’s nest. I booked my honeymoon to crete and we had a fantastic experience. Dimitris from support help us a lot and he manage to upgrade us to a junior suite. I will book again with them.
We will book with them our new trip this September to Rhodes. Highly recommended for low rates and support.

We found a great deal for Crete for our two weeks holiday and then we booked another hotel for Athens. We where upgrade as what they call Nestelite and their service was excellent… they book all of our transfers, tours and car rental.
Lisa was amazing and very polite.

Avoid - booked a hotel through this company and they replied to say the hotel had a minimum night policy.
Asked for a refund - after 5 emails of back and forth and chasing for the refund (despite them saying that it had been processed) I decided to issue a chargeback via my credit card company.
Don't waste your time with them.

Regarding your mention of a minimum night policy, please note that HotelsNest does not set such policies. These are determined directly by the hotels, and in cases where a restriction applies, we always work with our guests to find the best alternative or issue a refund when applicable.
As for the refund process, we take such matters very seriously. Refunds are always processed as soon as they are approved. If you were informed that your refund had already been initiated, you should have received confirmation from your bank or card provider. If this has not reached you, we will gladly re-check and clarify the transaction on our side once we receive your booking details.
Finally, regarding your chargeback request, while you are of course entitled to raise this with your card provider, we want to reassure you that we are here to support you directly and resolve any pending issue without the need for escalation, as long as we have the correct reservation information.

FRAUDULENT SITE
After booking two nights and being charged €146 we inform me that the hotel only takes reservations for a minimum of three nights. It is then that I am in contact with a person by email who offers me a refund or another hotel. I choose the refund and I have no more news at all.
I have just filed a complaint.

I made a booking as free cancellation condition until 7th of June but they charged it same day. I tried to call them but their phone was not replied. You just listen music. I also checked this agency with hotel. Unfortunately they informed me that they had no direct contact with them. Keep away from them.
