Having insured previously with A-plan…
Having insured previously with A-plan (now Howdens), the obligatory renewal letter came through, with the usual uplift in premium.
Shopping around reduced the premium by a chunk. However I was happy with the service I received from Howdens so far (although have to stress I have not yet had to make a claim).
I spoke to Shruti K, who worked on my behalf to reduce my premium renewal by almost 13%, and retain me as a customer.

Was extremely helpful she found me a policy that was perfect and also saved me a lot of money too,
She was very efficient and documents were sent very quickly, I will definitely be asking Suzanne for more of my insurance needs in the future and recommending friends and family to Howdens.
