I've been trying to track down a Penderyn 1st release Serpent's Tears. Some stockist are showing the blue closure, but sending the grey closure ( 2nd release ).
Ami, was very good, she checked that they had the 1st release ( blue closure) before I ordered.
So, I would have to say great customer service, speedy delivery ( ordered Sunday, received Tuesday). Very well packed ( bubble wrap around neck of bottle, & around box itself ). Really would recommend, & use again. Oh, also slightly cheaper than other retailers.

We were looking for a special champagne, not many places stock it but we found it at Hard to Find Whisky and better still it was the best price we have found anywhere. On line ordering was quick and easy and when the bottles arrived soon after the order was placed we were amazed at the attention that had gone into packing the items for transit. Usually it is a load of bubble wrap and paper but this was an inflatable jacket, very impressive and very safe in transit. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I've made 2 separate orders from Hard to Find whisky. 1 order via amazon and 1 order direct from their website. Only thing that let them was their delivery couriers. First order from amazon one one of the bottles was broken. Reported it to them via amazon. And HTFW was very quick to respond back within about hour of reporting it. And sent me a replacement bottle the next day. Second again their dpd courier let them again. This time I left it a few days to contact HTFW to let them know that package and not arrived. They chased it up from their end with DPD. Because I wasn't getting nowhere with DPD myself. They called me the next day to tell me DPD had lost my parcel. And sent my order again the next day. Thats why I'm giving them 5 stars for resolving the issue straight away. I will still buy from them again.
