I wanted a bottle of hard to find rum but these folks had it in stock at a fair price and delivered it very quickly.

I think you really learn something about a company when things DON’T go right. I had placed 14 large international orders with HTFW and they’ve never disappointed. I usually save up and wait to get free shipping, and it always arrives accurately filled, well-packed, and surprisingly fast. This time, however, one bottle in the order leaked. The cork partially dislodged and broke, despite tube and the inflatable sleeve protecting it. Not really HTFW’s fault. Probably the box took an unlucky blow in exactly the wrong spot, and the package spent time on its side allowing a leak out. I sent them photos and was prepared return the damaged bottle. They asked if I wanted a refund or a new bottle shipped - I wanted a new bottle. They shipped it out immediately. They also told me not to bother returning the damaged bottle. So nice to not have to jump through hoops to fix a problem that wasn’t my fault! This is how you keep customers coming back. Kudos to them.

Ordered a hard to find bottle of whisky and had it on my doorstep a day later. What really impresses me is that the bottle came from the UK to the US in 24 hours. Price was great, service was great and best of all the whisky is great.

Full of flavour. Sweetness, fruity and delicious, all tempered with a woody oakiness enhanced by the Oloroso sherry.

The experience was excellent. I placed the order and I received it only four days later. Hard to Find Whiskey is located in the U.K. and I'm located in Arizona. I had this item in hand quicker than I get items that were shipped here in the United States. I was hesistant at first, but now, no worries at all and I will be ordering from them again. I purchased a single malt Irish Whisky as a gift so I won't be able to comment on its taste but I will be purchasing from Hard to Find Whisky again. I regard the price I paid as remarkable value, I am impressed by the rarity of the whiskey, I'm interested in the provenance, so all in all I can be viewed as a very satisfied customer.
Additionally the delivery was speedy the packaging was substantial and buying the bottle was made easy by a well designed website. Full marks all round.
