First of all, the service is the VERY BEST that I have ever experienced with ANY company that I have ever dealt with for any online goods. The inventory at HTFW is both deep and plentiful. They pay close attention to each order and fill that order with amazing rapidity. I live in Chicagoland and HFTW is in Scotland. I got my order within 48 hours!!! (I actually placed three orders in three days and got each one within the 48 hour time frame.) I have ordered from other purveyors in Great Britain and Scotland and it usually takes a week or so for me to receive the order. The pricing for most any bottle is very competitive, if not actually beating the competition. The follow-up is absolutely top drawer. From this date forward, this is the only company that I will deal with for any of my non-domestic whiskeys. Well done, HTFW, extremely well done.

Hi im from Australia, and I'm collecting jack daniels and I can't get some of them here in Australia so I'm very happy with my order and it only took 6-7days.

I live in Australia and placed an order with HTFW on the 14th May for the 2026 JDXMC bottle. It arrived today, 19th May. Super fast delivery and packaging was perfect, no damage to the bottle or box. Will definitely be buying from them again and will be recommending them to family and friends.
