Compré una pulsera excelente en Hurleyburley. Aunque tuve algún problema con ella. Pero ellos lo han solucionado de una manera muy profesional.
Además he contactado con ellos bastantes veces, y siempre han estado muy atentos y gracias a ello la conversación ha sido muy fluida.
Estoy muy contento con ellos y muy probablemente volveré a comprar en esta tienda.

Ordered here a number of times now, mainly presents. Customer service is great as there was a mistake once and it was resolved quickly. Will order again.

The bracelet appears cheap and flimsy. I didn’t realise it was elasticated Pearl string and not a clip/ fastener. I am not sure that I will give it to the bride now.
Poor quality indeed.
The “gift card” is a message handwritten on an advertising card.

Absolutely fantastic company, and the most helpful staff...as well as, of course their beautiful unique long lasting pieces!

The reason I rave so much, is not only because of my previous purchases over the years. They have recently gone above and beyond expectations, they really didn't need to, but they did! I won't bore you with what happened, however I just can't thank them enough for helping and responding so fast.

I would 100% recommend using Hurley Burley for any special occasions, you will not be disappointed 😊.

I’ve ordered many items from this company most notably 3 rosaries. Last year I informed them that the charm had come away so they advised I should send it back to be repaired, I work away from the uk so assumed they would send me the repaired item to my address. I got an email nearly a year after I sent it to say I had only sent the charm?! Firstly I never sent it without the chain & why would I be contacted nearly a year later about it. When i spoke to the Customer service ‘supervisor’ Jack he claims they all inspected the package when they received it last year, yet he said in the same breath he wasn’t working for the company at the time I was advised to send it back - also he went onto say that the agent should not have told me to send it back as it was out of warranty?! In his words the only thing his agent did wrong was to tell me to send it back which they shouldn’t have - the same agent who said the charm didn’t belong to a Hurley burley chain but yet if they are as knowledgable as they claim would look on their system and see that it was the exact charm from the order I had received from them. They also claim they contacted me last September but I have no email from them yet I have all correspondence gong back years regarding the numerous orders I’ve made with them. I then said at the bare minimum for the inconvenience is that they send me a chain and I get it repaired myself as we all know that the chains cost price is about £2. He said no - surprise. Also the agent in Ireland who claims to have opened my package despite me sending it to a London address is another lie from them. Basically avoid this scam company and their cheap jewellery that breaks easily. Awful thieving liars. Clearly someone stole my chain and they are trying to cover it up. Avoid at all costs.

Lovely high quality jewellery which is always as described. It also comes beautifully packaged which is a bonus and most of the items I’ve brought as gifts. I’ve bought several items from them and never been disappointed!

Ordered a pair of earrings which arrived broken. Have been told that I can only have them fixed and have not been offered a replacement pair. I will be returning them and requesting a refund as don't believe that these will be replaced. Very poor customer service. Such a shame as they were a nice pair of earrings

I ordered a personalised bracelet in large. I have another one the same. However the second one came up smaller and as I wanted to wear them together it meant they didnt sit comfortably on my wrist.
I contacted Hurley Burley who emailed a pre paid label. I sent the bracelet to them and it was rectified and returned to me within 3 or 4 days. Excellent, efficient and friendly service as always. Cant praise the team enough. Well done guys!

I've bought multiple gifts for relatives from Hurleyburley, they offer collection or delivery and have always been really prompt and helpful with both, and answer any questions in a quick and courteous manner! The jewellers do great work and the customer service team do a fantastic job as well.

I ordered a bracelet for my friends 70th
Birthday. I am sometimes dubious about ordering things on line, especially as it was engraved. It arrived after only a few days….. it was absolutely beautiful 😍 exactly like the picture, and the engraving was spot on, I know she will love it!

After I ordered the bracelet, I had a query regarding the payment. I emailed them and had an immediate reply, and problem fixed!…. Thank you Jack

I bought a leather notebook and had it embossed for my brother's birthday. This was all a bit last minute on my part but fortunately Hurleyburley delivered on their promised turn around time. My brother was delighted with the present.

Beautiful and reasonably priced necklace. I had a couple of questions and customer services came back to me in 30 mins and were super helpful. I bought it for myself, but it came beautifully packaged and arrived the next day. Fantastic service all round, will definitely use again.

I’ve bought from Hurley Burley several times. The quality is always good and it’s well priced, but as well as this, they’re always very helpful and quick. I’ve ordered late on occasion and gone to collect - couldn’t have been more helpful. Great for personalised gifts as well.

First found the company on Not on the high street but decided to check out their own website. My daughter wanted a gold necklace and had a paper chain bracelet from another brand, they had a necklace that matched perfectly. Also ordered us both some cute huggie earrings, we wear them everyday and they have not tarnished like other more expensive brands. Top quality, would recommend.
