I was a bit skeptical of this company…

I was a bit skeptical of this company at first but after receiving my order in 3 days the sunglasses are great light comfortable and good quality also they are very competitive in price . Will be using for running and general wear overall very pleased.

Do not order here

Do not order here! Multiple holes in my socks. Customer service is extremely slow to respond, if at all. I have initiated conversations multiple times, but there has been no response. Avoid them.

Their socks are terrible

Their socks are terrible . Every pair I’ve had has gotten holes in the toes after no more than 20k. My shoes are a size up and toenails neat, so it can only be down to the poor quality of the socks. The first time it happened I sent a complaint and they offered a replacement pair, which I had to chase up 5 times before they sent them out. They of course got a hole after the first wear. Do not buy socks from them. Rip off

Do not order!!!!

Do not order!!!!! will mess up your order and never receive a product Went back and forth with customer service for about 3 weeks and still not be resolved and still waiting for a product or my money back it’s a scam

Exceptional customer service

Great product. They sent me two pairs of sunglasses by mistake and I had only ordered one. I contacted customer services and they were extremely quick to reply each time and really helpful. I would definitely use Hystride again.

Shipping lost

I've ordered Speed Pro Sunglasses from Hystride to Italy on november 29. I've never received them, and after contacting their 2 support emails, they still don't respond to me. While tracking my package it says that it is in Italy and is ready for pickup, but i signed my house like shipping address, not a local point in Ferno (where the pack is in this moment in destination of Fedex ). I hope that this can be solved and a refund can be done if anyone from this site is reading this and they care about their customers.

Best customer service ever

I have not received my items yet however the customer service has been just next level! I missed a sale by 1 day and they were so good about it and applied the difference with no fuss at all! Honestly you don’t get good service very often these days but these guys take the cake. Super polite and helpful and amazing turnaround at getting back to you! 10/10!

Good products

Really happy with the products that I ordered. The speedPro sunglasses are comfy, look good and also work really well when running against the Sun. Also their clothing, good quality and comfy to wear. I have had no issues with Hystride when it comes to my orders and the contact support.

Great sunglasses

I bought my running sunglasses from Hystride. I didn’t except them to be so good for that price! I’m so pleased with my purchase and for sure I’ll get some more!

I've ordered Speed Pro Sunglasses from…

I've ordered Speed Pro Sunglasses from Hystride to Poland on July 16. I've never received them, and after contacting their 2 support emails, they still don't respond to me. While tracking my package it says that it is still on the way. I hope that this can be solved and a refund can be done if anyone from this site is reading this and they care about their customers.
