Recently had problems with my 5 year old sliding doors .. from start to finish these guys gave me prompt and extremely helpful advice on likely causes…was passed by Josh to correct Service dept and Sally kept me informed on all recommendations.. ALL SORTED and really pleased.. we built our house and have used these windows throughout.. Yes more expensive than conventional wood BUT totally excellent.. triple glazed .. and WELL WORTH THE COST

I chose Idealcombi as I had seen their products in a house nearby the service from the team was fantastic, spending lots of time helping us make the right choice and now having the windows and doors fitted we are thrilled with the results, brilliant product superb quality creating the effect we were hoping for, I would thoroughly recommend Idealcombi.

Pre-purchase assistance and technical help is exemplary.
Superb windows with excellent performance and engineering. These windows have made my house warm and quiet!
The post-purchase operation was also smooth and efficient, and the recommended installer, Ispas Installations, were also excellent.

I have used Ideal Combi on two projects and highly recommend them. The pricing is incredible, and the product quality is outstanding. Their customer service and installation deserve a 15/10. Faisil went above and beyond to ensure the ordering process, delivery, and installation were seamless. Val's attention to detail during the survey and installation was exceptional. I would use them again without hesitation and cannot recommend them enough!

In early 2023 we purchased tripled glazed windows with powder coated aluminium external frames and wooden internal frames for our house when we were retrofitting it to make it more thermally efficient. We have been delighted with the windows which look great and function brilliantly. They have helped to reduce our gas bill by 75%. The lead time from order to delivery is not quick and they are not a cheap option, but you get what you pay for and they were definitely worth the wait. We would definitely recommend Idealcombi.

Very good customer service. A bit slow, but, after chasing, so helpful and fixed my window at no charge! An engineer was in the area on the day so popped round, quick and easy. Even replaced a part and adjusted the window to make it less stiff. The engineer was great, as well as Carly who organised everything via email, and Faisil who got everything started and helped me chase.

Very professional, friendly and courteous service with helpful after-care advice. Would highly recommend.

No quibble in responding to a warranty claim. Team visited with new unit and fitted expertly. All actioned on the basis of a couple of photos.

Resolved issue promptly
The aftercare sales team at idealcombi were swift and professional in my case. I needed to source replacement window keys and they were helpful and attentive. At times there were delays in responding to questions I raised but once we established the issue the solution was swiftly found and keys were dispatched with next day delivery

The company were quick to respond to me and fixed my broken patio door within two weeks of reaching out. They were are a lovely team and did a perfect job! Thank you

I have 8 Idealcombi Frame IC NBS windows and the ironmongery on two of them is failing (unable to close windows fully as ironmongery has warped itself inwards). This is mostly likely because these 2 windows get the most direct sunlight (they are same side of the house one under the other). Anyway I tried to make a warranty claim under the 10 year warranty and the company responded that "Leaving the windows open past the restrictor puts strain on the hinges, therefore causing damage to them the windows should not be opened past the restrictor". When I emailed with a response attaching the product manual for the windows that states "The sash can be opened to a random angle and secured by the built-in friction in ironmongery" the company very quickly responded again and asserted that I had not annually maintained the windows correctly - without ever sending anyone from idealcombi to inspect them or seeking further photographs/video - and that this was causing the ironmongery to seize. So the ironmongery has never seized - it has warped likely because of heat - and only two of eight identical windows with identical maintenance history have the problem. The company clearly has a deflection policy on any warranty claim - firstly contradicting their own product manual to fob me off and then very quickly falling back on a second excuse when their error was pointed out to them. Do not TRUST this company.

Excellent company, extremely helpful. My front door jammed and they came out at the first available opportunity. Tom was absolutely fantastic, very polite and professional, explaining everything he had to do.
We love the quality & anesthetics of our windows and doors too!

Would not recommend this company. Cannot stick with the 10 year warranty period after discovering a flaw with balcony door. Also, the door colour has faded too. Do not buy from here.

It was also reported to the developer. This property is just shy of 6 years old. Absolute failure of a system.

After our previous window company going into administration ideal combi stepped in to to expertly supply us with the high end slim frame thermally efficient windows we required for our new build.
Michael Elliot,Luke Siggers and Damien Lee were most helpful and consistent throughout.

Sadly have to leave 1*. I have two balconies door which was broken .and I asked someone to come from the company and fix it .They asked me to pay upfront £270 which I did.Master came couldn’t fix it and left .i ask for at least some money back .on which they apologised and said they can not refund it.

One of the Ideal Combi window lock was stuck and couldn't figure out how to release it...spoke to one of the aftersales managers: Steve Butterfield, who was exptremly helpful and patient in relaying what I needed to do.
After sending him some images of the issue, he talked me through it and sent me a video firstly, however, as I wasn't quite sure, I called him back and we had a video chat where he showed me how to release the lock.
I found the service very efficient, and professional, with patience from start to finish.
Very grateful and thankful that this service was available...didn't have a clue how the mechanism worked.

I have Pureview doors and Futura+ windows put into my house extension and studio recently and am really pleased with your performance. The windows look great.

With my new windows I can really feel the difference as my rooms feel much warmer. I have had no issues with condensation or draughts. Highly recommend your windows.

The after-sales team was amazing throughout the project! They were extremely helpful in sorting out spare parts and always provided accurate information. The project was completed on time and the client is super happy with how everything turned out. Great job.

We purchased about £30k worth if windows and sliding doors. The Windows were fine but the pureview sliding doors (manufactured by Ultraline) were a very mixed bag. They look good and sliding / locking system works well but we get huge pools of condensation on the bottom plate in any weather bellow 6-8C. It seems the thermal bridge doesn't work. We complained to Ideal Combi who took no responsibilty and passed it in to Ultraline who promised to come out and have a look to see what they could do. Nothing ever happened and texts/phonecalls remain unanswered. On a cold night we can get be mopping half a beaker of water. This has been happening since Nov 22
