just installed my Ideal Combi windows and they look great, great customer care and always responded to my questions and changes

Very Nice Windows, and on the whole the ordering experience was hitch free.

Easy to install and very good value for money.

Very good service in coordinating and agreeing spec/scope.

Delivery/products in perfect condition on date and time!

20 odd Windows and doors performing very well. I'm experiencing rusting of external door handles/locks and I'm in discussion with Idealcombi regarding remedy.

External doors were not in Future range at time of ordering as the Futura range doors had no external locks/handles, so alternative had to be chosen. Idealcombi do not provide cills for the windows.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Idealcombi

I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, or to recommend them. The price and quality are excellent, and the service extremely good. The only reason I haven't given 5/5 is we had some problems on details. Too complicated to go into, but our complaint was dealt with courteously, and in the end we decided to drop it as it could 'go behind a curtain' and the effort and inconvenience of pursuing it outweighed the benefit. Our order was a five figure number, and most of it was perfect, so it was still very good value even with a few glitches. And the windows are very nice!

p.s. the other review seems a bit harsh! I think it's unrealistic to expect compensation, and I think I'd have tried a timber repair. I can't see why it shouldn't be as good as new, it's all glued anyway, and especially if it was a painted frame which can easily be resprayed.

Well... what can one say..
We gave this company a huge order to supply new doors and windows but sadly from the outset they made silly mistakes that we had to point out to them prior to delivery.
They demanded full payment prior to delivery but when the goods arrived one unit had a large chunk of wood knocked out of it's frame so we rejected it. What made this situation worse was that they refused to replace it. Instead they wanted to repair the unit...
We requested a new unit and compensation for the delays and damage on behalf of our clients but this company refused despite admitting liability.

Their sales manager and regional manager were very rude and didn't even appear to care about the terrible service they had provided.
BEWARE.... this company does not care about their customers, the service they provide or the condition of the products they deliver....
Its like ordering and buying a brand new car only to find it scratched on delivery. Who in their right mind would accept a repair.!
Let's hope they learn from their mistakes and the losses they incur due to the poor service they provide...
