This was our first annual service. Ben and his colleague were very efficient and no issues with the system, in spite of initial problems during the installation phase.

I've had the system installed a year ago, the team at every stage was very supportive and kept in touch throughout. It's now due for it's first service check and Imist is again making sure we're updated in time. Very impressive company to work with.

Prompt and professional annual service
I had the annual service for my IMIST fire suppression system carried out at my flat in London and found the process straightforward from start to finish.
The engineer, JA, arrived on time and was courteous and helpful throughout. He worked efficiently, completed the service within a reasonable timeframe, and left everything in good order.
I would be happy to recommend IMIST on the basis of this visit.

Brilliant CPD
We had Eddie in today for a CPD on the iMist system. Very interesting and very informative. Eddie clearly communicated the advantages of the system to us and we will be recommending iMist to future clients.

I already have iMist in my house to support an open plan ground floor with a loft extension, but I needed an extension to the system after renovating my extension and the team was very helpful in working with builders to plan for the iMist extension including resolving a blockage of the system piping after the works were completed.
