The people who came (on both visits 3/10/25 and 13/10/25) were very helpful and considerate and went about their work with apparent efficiency (though I'm no judge on this!) - and humour.

service on domestic installation
I've had the system 6 years now and never had a problem - which is of course the whole point.
This time my service engineer was Nick, who did a great service and explained some of the changes they are making to the installation procedure. All very clear and concise.
I always find getting the service set up is a bit of a pain, as the process is fairly awful really, and it is irksome to be asked for up front payment when the service is usually at least a month down the line, due to the workload.

Fantastic presentation to CMP Architects by Eddie. I had a presentation from him at a previous practice, so had to have him back to present here.
Entertaining, as well as sobering presentation, and we all feel like we're a lot more educated in the system and legislations than we have ever been. 5*

The service was great
The service was great. The engineer was punctual and explained everything that he was doing.
Better transparency on the pricing of the service would be appreciated. The engineer was onsite for 30 mins, so without any detail the price does seem on the high side.

We had iMIST fire suppression system installed by engineers Jamie, Chad and Brendan. The system was fitted in conjunction with our building team professionally and efficiently. The engineers explained the process well and communicated clearly the work being carried out. Chad and Brendan took time to ensure the piping and mains wiring connected to the iMIST watertank was neatly connected throughout and that we were happy with the final fix/set up.

Simply Amazing Service from iMist
Just occasionally you come across a company like iMist and receive the most exemplary and wonderful client service. I had originally encountered a few hiccups when I had my misting system fitted, but iMist went above and beyond to address these teething problems. Following this, iMist have delivered the most exceptional client service any customer could wish for. In particular, I would be remiss if I didn’t commend Katy Galloway for the professional and brilliant way she is leading the installation and servicing department. Excellent Service
I was fortunate to have been recommended iMist after being told I needed to install sprinklers in the flat above my shop.
I was so pleased that I had. The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. Each member of the team I have had dealings with have been professional and extremely helpful.
