Very helpful
There was a power cut on my street and the alarm was sounding on the compressor unit. I got through to Luis who was very helpful and talked me through what to do.

Fantastic company to deal with, Louis Frost who programmes everything in has been a godsend throughout the build and the fitter Chad Blakeway and his squad have also been fantastic helping out wherever they can, they are a credit to IMist and I look forward to continuing the relationship on future projects

Superlative Service
We had our Fire Suppression system serviced today. What a truly wonderful experience. The engineer who attended (Zak) is a credit to his Company. I could not have wished for anything to go more smoothly. From his arrival time, which was spot on, to the full completion of the work. The explanation of the work undertaken from start to finish. His customer service skills impeccable. Well done Zak and iMist Q195522.
Also the method of booking the service and being kept informed could not have been better. Very important people behind the scenes contributing every step of the way. A very satisfied customer.

First time we’ve used this company. On the day of service it all went well. Jack B the Engineer was helpful and courteous. Organizing the appointment was tedious, but finally sorted out.

Our allocated engineer Michael was really lovely and a true problem solver. Our house was quite a challenge and he worked really well with our builder to find a solution that caused minimal disruption. He was courteous, and provided a very efficient and effective service.

Both iMist teams (1st and 2nd fix) have…
Both iMist teams (1st and 2nd fix) have been really professional and pleasant to work with. David and Jordan (van 10) completed the installation last week. They were really well informed about the system and were happy to answer any questions I had. As were the project co-ordinators I dealt with (most recently Samantha Mint).
Whilst installing a sprinkler system on our property was something my local planning department insisted we do and therefore an unexpected and unwanted additional cost, I would recommend iMist and the service they provide.

Working with IMist was easy and stressfree
Working with IMist went very well. If you have to have a fire suppression system in your home/flat, it’s the one to get in my opinion. Sian Fry was excellent to work with in the project coordination team = she always got back to us in a timely manner and was very helpful and efficient. And today the install went really well with Pete. He was very friendly and professional and took the time to talk us through all the workings of unit, so that we are really happy with the system.

This is a super product backed by a good team.
On this occasion a service was completed by engineers Tyler and Aaron who drove all the way from Middlesborough to Milnthorpe in Lancs -several hours. A pity to invest so much in a very fast sercice process.
The system is excellent and much to be recommended.
