I've been fortunate to do numerous Imoovas for years USA,Canada and Australia its a great way to see how wonderful these countries are.
Keep up the great work Imoova team and all your sponsors.
Got lots to do this year including Japan and Europe.
Don't even bother doing one way Rentals when you can do an Imoova.

Imoova sends you to another company. It’s not 1$ by day as there’s also a booking fee of 50 odd dollars, insurance to pay for if you choose and more. The car we were provided required 1000 dollar deposit which is a lot. Nothing was explained to us on arrival about the vehicle and the fuel amount for a 29 hour trip to Alice Springs from Sydney was only 150$! Also online it only specifies gasoline for us to turn up to collect the car and be told it’s diesel which is of course much dearer. All in all I probably wouldn’t use Imoova again.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff at both ends of the journey were second to none. I had a quite memorable trip and zero complaints about the service provided.

I really do like using Imoova! Only one thing that wasn’t as planned - they changed my booking dates without confirming before,

I rented a car from JUCY through Imoova. I was given a car with 398,000km on it with 3 days to get from Sydney to Melbourne. Unsurprisingly the car broke down halfway on my trip. JUCY did not offer a replacement car so I had to stay overnight in the town I broke down in and then make a 10 hour journey on buses and trains to get to my desired destination. Awful experience and awful customer service.

I loved my experience with Imoova so much! Very helpful customer support answers all of ridiculous questions you may have. The fact that you get a great vehicle for a price of a bottle of water is incredible! Thank you guys!

Easy access of the vehicle, no issues with the drive whatsoever. Customer service was so friendly and helpful, very easy to understand instructions! Highly recommend.

The van had some good features & was comfortable & easy to operate. Great trip from Perth to Adelaide, maybe another $1 days hire would’ve eased the amount of driving per day but overall very happy.

We found the perfect car for our trip, everything was really easy and fast.

It was the first time that we relocated a car this way, and we loved it! The people at the office were very helpful and the car was very comfortable! Would highly recommend this!

Booked an RV at Imoova and got paired with Indie Campers for a 14-day-trip from Berlin to A Coruna.

Three days before departure Indie Campers shaved off the first 5 days of my trip:
"Unfortunately, due to logistical circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to accommodate the pick-up on the originally planned date."

As this was clearly unacceptable I contacted Imoova and they immediately cancelled and refunded my reservation. However, they completely ignored the second part of my mail.

I asked if and how I would be compensated for:
The train ticket to Berlin, the bus-ticket from A Coruna to Porto, the ten days I booked in Porto, the equipment I specifically bought for this trip, the vacation-days I took from work and the loss of earnings for this period.

I acknowledge that the cancelation is not in the hands of Imoova, but they should protect their customers, they took a 99-euro-reservation-fee. Furthermore I read quite some comments with similar experiences, so this might not just be "due to logistical circumstances", ths might just be part of the system, as Imoova-customers are second-grade-customers for their RV-partners, which bring no money to the table.

I suspect that Indie Campers just found someone who paid for the camper I was supposed to drive back to A Coruna so they screwed me over.

The pick up and drop off processes were very thorough and efficient. The vehicle was well appointed, extremely comfortable and easy to drive. Being our first relocation, we received excellent advice from the representative in Adelaide, which turned out to be a winner. We are looking forward to our next relocation.

I am very happy, everything went according to plan and the car was truly flawless.

Shocking experience using JUCY through imoova. Picked up a camper car on Wednesday to drive from Sydney to Melbourne. Paid JUCY directly for full cover. All well and good then on Thursday morning the car broke down (engine smoking, all lights on etc), roadside assistance came out and said it can’t be fixed. Rang JUCY to see next steps to continue our journey to Melbourne and were told to make our own way to Melbourne and they won’t cover the costs or provide another vehicle. Bear in mind we (two girls) were left in the middle of nowhere with limited transport options and had spend the night in the car and resort to hitchhiking the following day. Absolutely shocking customer service. Would not recommend JUCY.

Correspondence was swift and clear as was other communication.
Payment on completion of job was immediate which was ultra impressive and appreciated.

Booked a campervan relocation through Imoova expecting a genuinely discounted deal. While the trip itself was fine and the van was in good condition, the pricing felt misleading once all costs were considered.
After comparing prices directly with the rental company, the total cost ended up being nearly the same as a standard round-trip rental, except we also had to pay significant extra fuel costs, return flights, and a separate Imoova booking fee. The way the “$1 per day” relocation is advertised doesn’t reflect the real-world cost if you actually want enough time to travel and camp (which in our case was only a week).
Unless Imoova addresses this with some form of reimbursement or clearer pricing, I wouldn’t book a relocation through them again. Do the math very carefully before committing.
