Recently attended Leadership Skills Development, and Coaching Skills courses. Whilst I've been in managerial positions for many years I found both courses to be informative and useful. Tutors made lots of effort to engage attendees, used up to date examples to illustrate their points, and arranged interesting tasks to be completed in small groups. Although it's not necessarily down to Impellus, I also found the other attendees to be engaged from the start, which made it easy to feel you were making valuable contributions to discussions. Would recommend highly.

Thoroughly enjoyed this session, it was insightful and valuable. I took away tools to help me to become the best Manager I can be.
It was very beneficial to be part of the breakout room and learn from other managers experiences.
The course was engaging, well managed and provided sufficient breaks throughout the day.

I am currently working towards the Team Management and Leadership Professional Certificate (Level 3) with Impellus, and it has been an overwhelmingly positive journey so far. The course content is well-organised, straightforward to follow, and directly applicable to real-world workplace situations.
The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, creating sessions that are both engaging and easy to digest. As a result, I have noticed a real improvement in my leadership confidence and my ability to manage a team effectively.
I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their leadership and management skills.

Just completed the managing and appraising performance course which i found very informative especially for someone that isn’t a manager but is being trained for the role of one this is helping set me up for my future career.

I just finished the Effective Communication Skills course and honestly, it was fantastic. The delivery was so spot-on—really engaging and high-energy from start to finish, which made the whole day fly by. It never felt like a slog because the atmosphere was kept so positive and inclusive.

The resources were another huge highlight for me. The core course documents are incredibly well-organized and practical, I left feeling way more confident and actually excited to use what I learned. Huge thanks for such a brilliant session!

Today I attended the Coaching Skills for Managers course delivered by Marc at Impellus, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The structure of the day was really well thought out, with a clear flow that kept everything engaging and easy to follow. The course balanced different delivery and learning styles effectively, which helped maintain focus and energy throughout the day.

Marc was an excellent trainer—highly engaging and skilled at involving everyone in the room. He created a supportive environment where participation felt natural, and the interactive elements made the learning much more impactful.

Overall, it was a highly valuable and enjoyable course that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to develop their coaching skills as a manager.

The Leadership Skills Development session was particularly impactful, providing clear insight into the distinction between leadership and management. It was valuable to explore my own values as a leader and to identify my personal leadership style, which gave me a stronger sense of direction and self-awareness.

This has been my favourite course to date. The tutor was highly engaging and knowledgeable, creating a supportive learning environment with an excellent balance of breakout sessions and interactive discussion. The structure ensured that concepts were clearly understood throughout, and I never felt uncertain or left behind.

I am confident that I will be able to apply the skills gained immediately, along with a clearer and more focused mindset. Overall, a highly effective and motivating session.
