I was guided thru the whole process. Got my certificate translated in less than a week.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. They are very responsive, quick and thorough. I appreciate that when you submit a quote, you are given an immediate estimate, and then within a very short time (during working hours) you will receive a firm quotation, which is often less than the estimate. If there is some issue with the quality of your photo/scan, they will immediately contact you, asking for a higher quality scan. So to avoid this, submit a high quality photo from the start.
They undertake the job before payment, and invoice on job completion. The translation is sent to you for approval before payment is required--very trusting.
The finished product is well packaged and clearly certified on all pages. Another translator charged me over €60 more to do the same job. Inalanguage fees are reasonable and their work is professional.
My suggestion: don't look elsewhere. Use inalanguage!

Die beglaubigte Übersetzung war in unseren Augen sehr gut und professionell, allerdings bieten andere für ein einzelnes Blatt einen günstigeren Preis an. Da wir uns aber in Zeitnot befanden blieben wir bei diesem Unternehmen. Die Preisvorstellung soll jedoch die Übersetzungsqualität nicht in den Hintergrund schieben.

I needed urgent translation and it happened overnight waiting only for post delivery. All that was paid extra was returned, very honest.

Prompt, quick, and not just a messenger type of service where you ask and they do it. There was an initiative from their side also for quality control which makes it so professional. And the documents arrived in my post box in two days after they finished. Overall am happy and recommend them. PS i used the service for Birth certificate and marriage certificate translation from Eng to German.

Kommunizieren mit Ina war sehr unkompliziert. Lief alles gut. Die Übersetzung des Passes von Frau Günther war aber leider nicht so gut: 3 Fehler finde ich schon ein bisschen zu viel, obwohl da, wo man in Eile(!) nicht gut sehen kann (handelt es sich um die Handschrift), habe ich per Email dies alles vorher geschrieben.

Ich habe sehr kurzfristig eine Übersetzung meiner Geburtsurkunde benötigt und telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen.
