Expensive, but terrible quality
Bought a case from this brand less than three months ago and it’s literally falling apart around the boarder. My previous phone case for $13 from Amazon lasted me three years with no such damage. I contacted their customer services and after going back and forth a few times they offered me a 25% discount for a replacement case. I would never get another product from them so the discount offer is redundant. Save your money and buy from Amazon or find another luxury brand that makes products with a higher quality. Also, reviews on their websites are all 5 starts, interestingly enough there is no place to leave a review when I looked for it, nor was I sent a link to review a product after I received it.

I absolutely love my Inserif phone case…
I absolutely love my Inserif phone case and have had so many compliments on it, even from random people! The leather feels really lovely and high quality, and the personalisation still looks great after months of use with no rubbing or fading at all (I had it in the middle).
After a few months, the sides of my case came off slightly, so I contacted their customer service team to see if there was anything they could do. They were fantastic- so kind, helpful and responsive, and very generously offered me a replacement case.
Such a lovely product and genuinely brilliant customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Major lack in quality
I ordered an IPhone case back in March and was really happy with how it looked, especially because it was exactly what I wanted.
However, in June some of the plastic on the corners came off already. As the price is not cheap at all (in my opinion) for a phone case, I was really disappointed.
After reaching out to the customer service, they offered me a discount of 25%, which is of course appreciated but still at the given price point, I decided against buying there a second time.

Case peels and colouring rubs off
Within 5 days of owning my red pebble texture iPhone 13 case, the protective lining of the case had peeled off and the red case colouring had come off and dirtied my trousers pockets and my bedsheets. Very unimpressive for such an expensive phone case.

This case is not good at all
This case is not good at all. The one time I invest in a more expensive case and it’s worse than my cheap ones. It doesn’t cover the edges fully so my phone has dented and cracked. I got my initials on the back and they already half of peeled off. Don’t bother

I would give 0 stars if I could. Received a faulty item that broke and was refused a refund. Instead, they offered me a discount code to use towards a replacement order so they can make more money off me and send crap. This company is an absolute scam. Do not purchase from them.
