In the first week after purchasing…
In the first week after purchasing phone case my toddler threw my phone on concrete and my phone case scratched. I kindly asked Inserif, if they could help me with this kind of problem and actually Pauline sent me discount for 50% off for my new phone case! cheap / not sustainable
i have had my laptop cover for maybe 7 months now. while i love it and the colour, the quality is awful. its literally falling apart, the stand doesnt hold up the flap anymore, and my laptop has dropped out of the case numerous times. my laptop, is chipped on the side (happened yesterday and thought I had to leave this review). Honestly, looks nice, cheap material, cheap quality, and not sustainable as it falls apart. really disappointed especially as i referred so many people to buy one.

Nica is phenomenal. Excellent customer service and solutions. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I had to settle for a case that’s not what I originally wanted in materials. However would definitely recommend this product, just know exactly what you want and do not follow influencer advice!

I had a bit of a disappointing experience with the phone case I received, and unfortunately it couldn’t be returned or replaced. However, I want to give a special thank you to the lovely lady who assisted me NICA. She was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely cared about helping me.
She arranged the best solution possible by offering me a 50% discount, which I truly appreciated, and she really tried to make me feel better about the situation. We even had a lovely conversation and shared our opinions about the initials, which made the experience much more personal and enjoyable.

Way too overpriced. When I got my custom phone case by name was already rubbed off. Contacted for a refund and barely got anything back. So upset and disappointed do not shop here.

I had an issue with a phone case I recently purchased (the leather was separating) and the customer service rep was so kind! They offered a discount on my next purchase which was greatly appreciated. The quality is typically stellar (this is my second case - my first held up for over a year with normal wear and tear) so it seems like this issue was a one off.

Premium Price, Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service
I ordered a personalised MacBook case as a Christmas present, paying for delivery in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until the third week of January, so it completely missed the occasion.
My initial disappointment was the quality of the personalisation. Although the alligator-effect top cover looked smart, the initials were visibly misaligned, unevenly spaced and looked poorly applied, completely spoiling what would otherwise have been an attractive case. I contacted the company shortly after receiving it, but did not receive a satisfactory resolution.
More recently, despite the laptop being used only lightly and the case otherwise remaining in excellent condition, the bottom cover has cracked and one of the rubber feet has detached, leaving behind a sticky residue. I provided photographs clearly showing that the damage was not the result of misuse or neglect.
After several rounds of emails, the company refused to replace the case, relying on the fact that more than a year had passed since the original purchase. I explained that I wasn't even asking for a complete replacement and would have been satisfied with a replacement bottom cover, which I would have expected to be an inexpensive goodwill gesture. Instead, I was told they only manufacture complete cases and could only offer a discount on purchasing another one.
For a premium-priced personalised product, I expected far better quality and significantly better after-sales service. A case used so lightly should not crack or start falling apart, and the poor quality personalisation should never have passed quality control in the first place.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend these MacBook cases. There are many better-quality alternatives available, backed by companies that stand behind their products when problems arise.
