I got my green lizard leather case—so pretty 🤩and the quality is great.
The one-star deduction is because I had to reach out a second time to have my concern looked into. I would have appreciated a more proactive approach from the start.
After following up a second time, they were very responsive, took the time to review my concerns, and worked with me to find a fair solution. I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

Very nice quality and great customer service
Very nice quality products. Indeed the courier they work with is quite slow and the delivery takes times however I had a great experience with the customer service; they answered very quickly, and were very much on top of things. I just reordered another item and this time I just don’t have expectations for a fast delivery - I know it will probably take 2 weeks.

Immediately after using case for…
Immediately after using case for probably a week, damage began to show on corners. Now a few months in and case looks tatty, and lettering has faded so what used to be L B now looks like: I B, the company is too expensive for mass produced rubbish, and the cases are clearly made cheap and sold expensively with clever marketing. Do not buy from this company, it is a massive scam and none of their products offer refunds.

Extremely poor quality
The case looks smart and feels premium, but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to expectations.
Firstly, the product I received didn’t match the photos on the website. The case covers noticeably less of the phone than the images suggest, which was disappointing.
More concerning is the durability. After just four months of normal use, the case is already starting to come apart at two corners despite never being dropped or subjected to any unusual wear and tear.
For a case at this price point, I’d expect it to last significantly longer. I’m now concerned it won’t even make it through the lifespan of my phone contract.

Notebook in sexy pink mit golden Initialen
Ich habe das Notebook in pink mit goldenen Initialien als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Tochter bestellt. SIe hatte es im Internet gefunden. Zugegebener Maßen war ich zu Anfang sehr skeptisch. Als ich das Teil dann in Händen hielt, war ich unheimlich froh, diese Bestellung aufgegen zu haben. Die Optik ist sehr edel (hochwertig) und die Haptik prima. Der Versand war in dem angekündigten Zeitfenster und das Notebook war gut verpackt, so dass es ohne Knicke heile angekommen ist.
Vor der Bestellung hatte ich mit dem Kundendienst Kontakt, weil ich sicherstellen wollte, dass die Bestellung auch pünktlich kommt. Der Kundensupport (Nica) war schnell, hilfsbereit und erstklassig.
Ich bin rundrum zufrieden und werde bestimmt das ein oder andere Teil noch bestellen.;-)

I have had two different experiences…
I have had two different experiences with Inserif. The first was good, the second was bad, but ended well at the very end. I was satisfied with my first purchase of a phone case, even though it took two weeks to arrive. The second case was a different model and did NOT fit my phone - but had a gap between the phone and the case. When I contacted inserif, the response was that it would adjust in time.. I was so disappointed in every way and completely regretted my purchase 😣 After a very long correspondence with a lot of documentation, rejecting their offers to make ends meet, they finally caved in and gave me a positive ending on a negative experience. That’s the ONLY reason I gave them three stars. For understanding costumer service principles- even when the product is not great. Thank you, Pauline, at INSERIF.
