Bulky with a ledge
Bought a case with a monogram for the iPhone 17 pro. Swift and good shopping and delivery experience.
Although it is beautiful (the color is perfect) and feels high quality I found it way too bulky. There is also a solid ledge at the bottom which unable you to swipe smoothly. Like a roadblock for your thumb. So unfortunately I will not be using it.
EDIT
Ended up using the case anyway and althoug I’m still annoyed by the bottom ledge I’m raising the rating. Very nice product overall.

I had an issue with one of my phone…
I had an issue with one of my phone cases after several months of use and contacted INSÉRIF customer support. From the very first reply, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in finding a fair solution.
Although the issue was outside of their standard warranty coverage, they took the time to review my case carefully, listened to my concerns, and ultimately offered a replacement. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent and every response was thoughtful and courteous.
I’ve been a customer of INSÉRIF for several years and have purchased multiple products from them. This experience only reinforced my confidence in the brand. High-quality products are important, but great customer service is what truly builds loyalty, and INSÉRIF delivered on both.

10/10 customer service! I was afraid I made a mistake in my personnalized case. I reached out and received a message that I would get a response in 48hours. Qualité déplorable …
J’ai été séduit par le fait de pouvoir personnaliser et le fait que ça soit du cuir, le rendu est correct, seulement le couvercle qui se met sur la partie haute de l’étui à AirPods ne tient pas: il tombe tout le temps au sol je dois passer mon temps à le ramasser et à le remettre. N’être pèle pas capable d’usiner cela correctement en dit long sur l’expertise de l’entreprise, c’est pourquoi je vous invite vivement à éviter de commettre l’erreur d’acheter chez eux

I bought a phone case for myself and…
I bought a phone case for myself and when it arrived it looked beautiful. However, within a month the edges of the phone case fabric had all started peeling back. I emailed customer support and the only thing they were able to offer me was a discount on another purchase. The cases look gorgeous but the quality for the price is not worth it.
Since writing this review, the customer support team have been able to review the situation and have offered me a fully replacement for the case. The response times were great and Nica was very helpful in getting the issues sorted.

Beware: MagSafe cardholder is NOT secure
BEWARE: Inserif MagSafe cardholder is loose and will dislodge with the slightest nudge while you are on-the-go. Thought it was a one-off issue so reported it to the Inserif customer service team only to be told their MagSafe cardholder is NOT safe for carrying important cards. Inserif customer service said this performance is within their “acceptable range” and go on to advise against using it to carry anything important.
If, like me, you’re buying a MagSafe cardholder to carry the cards you can’t be without and can’t afford to lose - aka “important” cards - think again.
In case you’re wondering, here’s what I have:
- inserif MagSafe phone case
- inserif MagSafe cardholder
- inserif wristlet
Inserif, you say you are a family business. As such, you get to make the call on your value proposition every single day, over and over, with every single customer experience. What do you stand for? Hopefully it’s quality products that not only look good but are fit for purpose. If not, do the right thing and inform prospective customers on your website, before they make a purchase - not after. Your silence on this matter may be deemed “misleading and deceptive” under Australian Consumer Law.
UPDATE 6 July, 2026:
Inserif customer service did reach out and offered a replacement MagSafe cardholder. On testing the replacement cardholder, this performed exactly the same way as the original, ie not secure and dislodged easily. I received a refund for the cardholder. Inserif customer service was polite and responsive during this process.

Love this company! The recently discovered Inserif. The quality of the leather phone cases and wallets is excellent. The phone charm is really nice as well- beads have a beautiful feel to them and not cheap feeling.
