Very happy with the service from integral business solutions from start to finish, Graham came out yesterday the installation team of 4 came out today, they never stopped work from 8.30 to 4.30 when they finished the installation,
Quality of the work was faultless and they were all very polite, I will definitely recommend integral business solutions to my friends.

Amazing service from start to finish from dealing with Graham who totally understood our custom needs and was able to do exactly what we wanted in regards to our fitting at an acceptable price at full spec. His delightful team of Terri, Ross and the 4 installers who completed our job with perfection in 1 day are a merit to the company and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend to proceed with Integral Solar if want the job doing right.

Integral Solar Solutions is an excellent company and can’t recommend highly enough.
Graham spent time going through the options in a personal way, no pressure sales tactics and really open and honest when comparing options.
During the install his team were really well mannered and completed the install to a very high standard. All the cabling is minimal, neat and tidy, with the panels all centrally fitted.
Every interaction with the team has been top notch, and can tell that customer care really matters. Highly recommended.

I had 20 panels, battery, gateway and ev charger fitted. This was the most competitive quote that I could find. The lads turned up as planned and fitted everything where I wanted, I was quite particular about the panel arrangement, but no problem. Great team of lads; polite and tidy. Went through the system and app / operation with me, they only left when I was happy. I highly recommend Integral for solar installation.

Graham made me a great offer on a solar system and really knew his stuff. By this point I had done alot research and he knew what he was talking about, and was very fair about everything he said he would do and could still do. I wish his company had been the one to install my system but ended up having to choose another only because they had a eco4 grant . Professional outfit -if only ever company was the same. Which they are not.

What a fantastic company! From start to finish we felt that we were in good hands. No hard sell, just a very knowledgeable MD in Graham who came to our home to do a survey and answer all our questions. The installation ran like clockwork. We had a wonderful team in Daniel, Harry and Reno. They were polite, friendly, hard-working and left the job tidy. They ensured that everything was working well before they left. In addition, the price we paid was really competitive and we did not have to put down a deposit. We are thrilled to bits. Thank you guys!

Fantastic customer service from quote to installation. Firstly the MD came to the house rather than an online quote, talking though exactly how they would install, the best place for battery and how they would run the cabling to minimise unsightly cabling. Scaffolding went up the same day and will be taken down the next - unheard of! Brendan and Lewis fitted the system, neatly and professionally, showing us how it worked and running through the app. They brushed and cleaned before they left and gave us a mobile number to call with any issues. Finally Terri in the office, so friendly and efficient, the docs sent through on the day. All in all a first class service, I’m genuinely blown away and I’m not easily pleased!

The lads from integral fitted my solar and sig system today and have been great, neat tidy install on an old slate roof and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish.

We looked at quotes from several installers, Graham was clearly the most honest and upfront, and knew his stuff better than the others. Wouldn't consider any other company, and will definitely be having them back to upgrade the system once we have more roof-space after our extension.

Graham and all at Integral are brilliant, not pushy at all, answered all questions without making me feel like I was annoying.
Once we agreed the price and install, scaffolding went up day before, the install team arrived, 3 very skilled guys, very polite and hard working, no complaints at all, answered all my questions and made sure I understood how it worked.

I recently had solar panels installed by this company, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the initial consultation, their team was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on finding the best solution for my home rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all package.

The installation process was smooth and efficient. The guys arrived on time, worked professionally, and kept everything tidy throughout. They clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to explain each step, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. They even made sure I understood how to get the most out of my new system.

Since the installation, I’ve already noticed a significant drop in my energy bills, which is incredibly satisfying.

Early arrival. Everything fully explained. Lads fitting are a credit to their trade. Nothing too much. Everywhere cleaned. App installed and explained and future care explained

Just an add on this morning. Graham called last night to confirm all was ok.
This morning 9am scaffolding arrived and removed the scaffold.

In our research, we spoke to several companies, Graham from Integral stood out because he absolutely knew his stuff, he’s passionate, it’s his company and we got the confidence that each job mattered from the intro meeting to beyond install, others didn’t know their stuff, were in “sell” mode and that wouldn’t be a great experience.
When install week arrived, the scaffolding went up, great team, very efficient. Next day the Integral guys arrived to install, they were an absolute delight from the moment they arrived: pleasant, knowledgeable, joyous, respectful to the property and the dogs loved them, it made the whole experience fantastic.
A day later, the scaffolding guys came and removed it, clean and done in days… you are live on solar… Any queries we had about the tariff switch, Graham was there to talk through, to ensure we understood.
We can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience - fantastic!

From my initial enquiry to the finished installation has been a great experience. Graham explained everything and understood my requirements. I already had a 15 year old system which worked fine but I wanted it replaced with more efficient panels and an additional separate system with a battery (so it didn't affect my FIT payments) The installation went seamlessly and the guys were clean, respectful and hard working, thanks Lewis, Dan and a third guy. Also great communication from Terri in the office. All my questions were answered and they will return to remove my old panels. They also gave me a very fair quote. Definitely recommended

I highly recommend this company, from the first call with Graham to the lads installing the solar system (12 panels and a battery) what a fantastic experience, along with a great price. The installation went without a hitch the experience and knowledge the lads held was great, they couldn’t do enough to make-sure the installation went smoothly. You couldn’t ask for anything more from this company, and their aftercare is second to none.

This company does what it says on the tin. I spoke to some of the large national suppliers and it was all about the tech - with Graham it was all about the solution you wanted. From his quote - that was very competative - to them turining up to do the job and then helping me set the system how I wanted it - Graham and his team have been excellent.
When we came to fitting day, we have Brendan, Reno and Lewis who were a tight team and worked really well together. As always, there were some ftting decisions to be made, but they went through the options and best solutions and finished our 16 panel system within the day.
The system is now in and running and we are learning how to get the best out of it - so it meets our needs and becomes our solution.
