From start to finish the Integral team where brilliant. You could not ask for a more dedicated hard working group of professionals. They where very responsive to our wishes and there attention to detail was excellent.

We thought long and hard about having solar panels. Our three main questions were a) was our east/west facing house suitable, b) at our age were we going to live long enough to recoup the costs and c) would it be possible to install the inverter and battery in our garage which is not attached to the house.
We had three quotes from reputable suppliers. The quote from ISS compiled by Graham Wall was the most comprehensive in its detail and covered our main concerns more informatively than either of the others. And, incidentally was the most competitively priced.
The work was carried out within a few weeks and took a little over one day start to finish, with scaffolding being erected and dismantled a day either side, all as promised. The disruption to us was minimal. The cables were buried between the house and the garage without disturbance to the garden.
The panels began to provide us with electricity from day one, despite the gloomy weather conditions. We are very pleased with our decision to proceed with ISS.
All of the above is deserving of the 5 stars awarded.
I add this as an aside to those planning their own project: Before starting the process I did not take into account that ISS would have to deal, on our behalf, with SPEnergy. (There are no alternative companies in our area). A breakdown in communication from SPEnergy caused a 9 week delay in receiving this documentation.

The whole experience with Graham and the team has been excellent from start to finish. It took less than 5 weeks from initial contact to having a fully operational system commissioned. We're now making the most of the spring sunshine and generating more energy than we need.

Integral Solar Solutions were recommended to us by a friend. Graham visited the property the day after I got in touch. They provided the best quote and the earliest start date. Graham has answered every question we've had and done it all in a way that gave us real confidence in him and the team.

Our roof is a bit of an odd shape, and we were worried that we might not be able to get enough panels up there to make it worth it. One company even told us our roof was too small! But now we have 18 panels giving us power from dawn til dusk, more than matching our energy needs.

The install itself was seamless. Scaffolding up on the Tuesday, installation and commissioning on the Wednesday, and scaffolding down on the Thursday. The install team were great. Safe, polite, discrete and quick. Lovely bunch of lads that the company should be proud of.

Graham has also been great after the install and is still available for my questions.

If I had another roof I wouldn't hesitate to use Integral again.

Install completed today so it's a bit early to comment on system performance (!) but I'm very happy to endorse the journey so far - from Graham's patient efforts to explain system features and develop an appropriate scheme, agreeing a competitive price, setting a date, managing the pre-work and getting the job done quickly and efficiently to a high standard, with good attention to detail by a hard working, polite and professional installation team. We've had our panels for 2 years now and really appreciate the benefits they bring. We had an array plus inverter and battery installed in Spring 2023. The whole process with Integral was seamless from the initial discussions, where all our queries were answered to our complete satisfaction, right up to some continuing follow up customer service following the huge gales earlier this year. No question is too daft and any concerns are taken seriously and addressed by Graham and his staff. Financially, we feel we are really starting to reap the benefits of free electricity from roughly mid March to the end of October. They are sunshine dependent (obvs) and there's not as much to be gained during late Autumn and deep Winter but we really feel they've helped us to counteract the effect of the recent huge rises in power costs.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Graham and Terri at Integral Solar are THE experts. From first enquiry to after sales support, our experience has been superb. Graham visited to thoroughly understand our requirements, all other suppliers did a desktop, and often crazy, design based on Google maps, and were ready to sell me everything I asked about.

Graham visited our home, explained to me the benefits and evidenced that which would be a waste of money.

We have seen neighbours have scaffolding go up and be up for weeks, but ours went up Wednesday, the install was Thursday/Friday, and scaffolding down Sunday. We went for in-roof at front on both house and garage, and on-roof on the back of the house and bird guards were included, rather than an add-on extra - good for the pocket and the birds!.

Integral also upgraded the car charger to a smart one and fixed a historic tripping issue which wasn’t even their work. The price was unbeatable and the work and care was efficient and responsive, including in after sales.

We cannot recommend Integral enough. Don’t waste your time and money with the big high-street brand companies when once installed, you’re on your own.

What can I say about this company but absolutely fantastic service from start to finish every certification provided including building regulations certification which I didn’t even know you needed if you sell your property which also adds value, all work carried out safely and neat and everything checked after by another company member once completed, after service excellent also to create best results for the customer

Fantastic service from Graham and the team. Up front and honest from the start and managed to get us in a little earlier too which was great, The whole set up was done in 3 days. Day 1 scaffolding up, day 2 install and day 3 back down again. Amazing service.

Graham came to see us and explained all about solar and how it worked in a very friendly and detailed manner and without any pressure to choose his company over others. After some time we decided to contact Graham and give him the go ahead, Graham told us the price of some equipment had come down and he would pass these savings onto us. He didn’t need to do this. Graham told us what would happen and he was true to his word, everything happened as he said. Graham and his colleagues came on the day and they were very polite, professional, tidy and very friendly. Everything went to plan and working within a few hours (3 hours approximately) Graham organised everything from the app on our phones/iPad and nothing was too much trouble. I spent a few months doing my homework and reading up on solar/battery installs before I even started getting quotes.
Graham was the first to come to the house and I’ll be honest, I thought I’d be using his quote as a guideline for the others, nothing more. A few months later once I had the rest of the quotes in, I telephoned Graham to keep him up to date. In the meantime I’d had a survey for a ASHP and would be going through with that as well. Graham recommended a couple of changes to take that into view and gave me a new quote with a slightly larger battery. He was the only one who came back to me after having the ASHP quote. Even some national companies didn’t even bother getting in touch.
I arranged an install date (no deposit either which seems to buck the trend. He only wanted paying once it was fully installed, up and running and you’re completely happy with it) and managed to get a date only a couple of weeks away.
The scaffold company he uses turned up the day before. Great set of lads who were brilliant at what they did.
The next day the installation team arrived with all the equipment. They kept me fully informed of what they would be doing and when they would need to turn the power off.
The whole day went without a hitch and Graham ran through the app he uses and what to expect.
I’ve not needed to yet but he’s a phone call away should you need him, and his team have access to their side of the app should anything need tweaking and you’re not sure how to do it.
Great communication from start to finish. I can’t fault them or the scaffolders (who turned up the day after to remove the scaffolding). Not a single bit of rubbish left behind with the exception of the box for the battery which was turned into a rocket by one of his team for my granddaughter who has still got it in her room some 4 weeks later.
Cheers for a great install experience and some larger national companies could take a leaf out of your book for customer service.

Integral Solar Solutions was the first company (out of the many we contacted) who considered our roof for solar paneling even though it was considered too small by all the others. Graham came to visit us at home and talked us through the system and how we could still benefit from solar. The team when they arrived mid August 24 were considerate and professional. The panels and battery work great and we are very happy with the system. We've not had to contact Graham too much after they were installed but he is easy to get hold of and always willing talk and answer any queries.
