I ordered in mid November. Got the fake tracking email updates that didn’t provide any information… a total waste of time. Website has no phone number to contact customer service. Do not buy from them! I never got the product of course… and ended up charging it off with my bank. Buyer beware!

I ordered the MAGICAL BELIEVE CHRISTMAS BELL. It was shown as a beautiful golden bell in a very nice gift box with a description of the story of the Magical Bell.
I bought it as a keepsake for myself. What I got was a bubble mailer package with a crushed PLASTIC bell. No metal bell to ring, no gift box, no story of the bell and it's meaning.... NOTHING!!! Sadly, I have to admit that I was screwed!! They have a customer service email, but all that it does is to send you to their website and no matter what your problem is, the keep routing you back to the same page that you started at. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!! RIP OFF, SCAMMERS!!!!!

Scam!!! Ordered 11/15 and have not received. Tracking number provided does not exist. 24/7 customer service is non-existent. When you email them they send you a link that does not answer your question. Do not order from them!!!

This is a fraud, I ordered a seaglass item and it looks nothing like the picture, this was not handmade and I got scammed as it was not what the picture demonstrated. Awful, run away. Takes a long time to arrive and then you will be embarrassed to give as a gift

I ordered a cute picture about friendship that I was going to send to a dear friend that moved. I ordered it at the beginning on November. I received it on December 14th! It appeared that it was coming from Spain, but the reality is it came from China. When I did finally get it, it was much smaller than it appeared AND instead of apostrophes, quotation marks were used! The spacing between words was also off. I was in contact with customer service and I requested a refund. They said the warehouse said there was nothing wrong with it and offered me $3! DO NOT ORDER from this company! You will wait a long time and be very dissatisfied with the product.

This company is a scam!! I placed an order on November 23rd and still have nothing!! They say they have 24/7 support but no response when you try to contact them until the middle of the night they send an email saying to be patient. It says they ship from LA but my order has been in Ireland the US and now China!!! They also state they are a Christian company which they clearly are not!! I really just want my order but I doubt that will happen!!Today is 1/1/2024 and I am still waiting on my order. Still getting generic emails!! The only good thing is my bank disputed the charges so I did get my money back!!

I have been trying desperately to find someone that can help me! I ordered an item back on October 30th of this year and I still don't have it nor do I can find anyone that knows where it is. The website here does not seem to have an email in their support where they claim that they have 24/7 people standing by all the time to help you and yet I keep being forced back and forth from page to page trying to find a box where I can put an email asking for to someone for some help with me please! I ordered a very very special gift for a very very special friend of mine who is passing away and it really breaks my heart that I will not be able to present it at Christmas. Could somebody please have the decency to write me back and let me know if they can help or not. My order number is 26858S28735, Thank you, Sharon
