Getting to Support should be easier.
For someone from overseas just offering the 0800 phone is difficult.
By email would be easier. The interested could prepare a text in their language, translate to English and make themselves understood by the Support.

The program is very effective, simple to use, and very reliable.

I’ve used for many years with over 30 Web Sites and have never had one single problem.

Awesomely easy to install and use. Put simply, it just works without a bunch of setup and configuration. Drag and drop at its finest!

As I understand it, if I reset my computer operating system I no longer have Ipswitch WS_FTP Pro 12. What a sham. $49.95 for a one-time install. I will never buy this product again. And I will never advise anyone else to buy it. $49.95 for 1 activation. What a rip off.

A great product

Text is too small and I can not change it

Had previously paid for license but lost details when i brought new pc

Emailed ispwitch several times asking for my old license details so i didn't have to buy the software again but no reply

Messaged them on the website chat several times and was told they'd look into it but still got no reply

At once stage i was even told that I should just buy the software again

Been a customer for about 15 years but that didn't seem to make any difference

So had to purchase again.

Hopefully this review might prompt them to refund me

UPDATE - just had a reply from ipswitch saying sorry for my frustration. No offer of a solution to this issue. Just asked me to reach out if i require further support

I have reached out several times already. This issue is still unresolved

I use the command line options for automation calls from applications I create. Very reliable and good log files for tracking history.

Straight forward instructions for a non-technical person to follow. Once I got all my protocols for 3 different web sites figured out, the progam has worked perfectly for me.

I am a long time non regular but satisfied customer.

An excellent software for transferring files using the most up to date security options.

I used Ipswitch in the past (10 years ago) and now (2019), I also find the program very helpful and easy to use. The price is also right for me and others who may require a great program. I would recommend it to anyone who requires FTP for their files. That is It all i have to say.

You took away my account so I had to make a new. And you took away my program. That is very bad. And your support is not good.

I have used the Ipswitch FTP software for many years. When my computer crashed and I could't download the old version of the software I purchased the current version. On the surface at least it appears identical to the old version I used everyday for about 10 years. It's easy to install and set up, always dependable, and is a real workhorse. Its a GREAT software product and I've always found the support to be quick and spot on...It's obviously a GREAT company too!!!
