I ordered a Yoda and got a toy from a crane machine! Do not order from this company! They said they would return part of my money whatever that means. $47 is what I paid for the piece of garbage they sent me!

Like many others on this site, I purchased an animated Baby Yoda. After waiting TWO months for shipping I received it. I thought it was weird that it could fit in my mailbox...that was my first clue it wasn't what I expected. I honestly can't believe how many complaints I have found for this company! It is a complete scam! I have spent a week trying to get a refund and have received numerous emails from "Sunny". I was offered 15% refund...ya know because they have costs. I won't stop until I have a full refund or the item I purchased. ZERO STARS!!!

This company should be shut down. I ordered the Animatronic yoda from this company and they sent me a plush yoda with a battery pack that rarely works. Complete scam and bait and switch.

Horrible they scam you they must be stopped. The doll scared the hell out of my Granddaughter!

This company is a scam. I ordered a Baby Yoda animatronic doll. I don’t even know what this cloth thing I received is. They refuse to give a refund, offering a measly 30% back while refusing to admit that they sent me an entirely different product than I ordered. They deserve zero stars.

I ordered from them and received the opposite item in the mail 3 months later in the mail. When email the company which takes days they ultimately tell me I can only get 15% of my money back for the incorrect order?? Wth? Do not buy this scam of an item.

This company is a confirmed scam ... I believe they have changed their company multiple times . My Yoda was a piece of puppet not what is on video

Their base is in Singapore for collecting PayPal . If you see paid to ship xborder Pte Ltd be wary

Update: Feb25/21 THANK YOU PAYPAL!!! Paypal closed the case in my favour. Fight till the end and provide some proof they are scams. I still lost some money though for shipping it back to them. Lost $25cad in shipping.

I can give Zero stars I would. Yes, like everyone else I got scammed. I escalated to PayPal, but like everything else it's back and forth. I don't think PayPal looks at the evidence they just act like a messenger to each party. I was asked to response to the dispute because the seller wanted the item returned. So who pays for the return...you? How much for tracking....$60? I did not want to pay that because the value of the 2 Yoda I bought was $79. Even if I was refunded my $79 I am short $60. Same sh3t....they get away with it. I mailed the item to Singapore because that is where PayPal wanted me to return it to without tracking for $25. I bet Irontreeco will tell PayPal they didn't get the tracking so now I am sh3t out of luck. They got my money and now their sh3t is on their way back to them. I am now short $79, plus $25. F#^#_CK!!!!!!

Update: So I sent their toys back to them to the address they provided and Sunny sent me this email....

I see others getting a full refund for their baby yoda through PayPal. For me, however, it is almost a month now and PayPal is waiting for the sellers response.

An absolute SCAM I received the same pathetic stuffed toy and not the real Baby yoda as advertised and they only are wanting to refund me 15 % do not buy from this site.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL NOT TRY TO WORK WITH YOU. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR FEES THAT YOU PAID FOR WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE PRODUCT!

Scammers! Please everyone make sure you dispute with your credit card or PayPal. Don’t let them get away with this scam. False advertising. Bait and switch. All lies in their ad saying item was in stock in southern ca making you think it would arrive before holidays when it was actually coming from China. Item nothing like what was advertised. There’s a video on YouTube to the original ad. Search irontreeco ad and link PayPal and/or your cc company to it With pictures of what you Actually got for proof of the scam. Accept nothing less than a full refund. This is scamming at its absolute worse.

Like the other reviews you see. If I could give them a zero I would. I also ordered a baby Yoda for Christmas. It took 7 weeks to come in and was nothing of what I ordered. Instead of a resin figure it was a stuffed animal and looks nothing like baby Yada. I also got a response from Sonny offering a 15% refund. I told them to either send the right item or refund me the full amount. This is a scam. It’s a scam.

If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would. I ordered the baby Yoda in Nov for a Christmas present; received it 3 days ago. What came in the mail is absolutely nothing like the advertisement I ordered from. I've been in contact with Sunny from their support team who has offered me a 15% refund for my troubles. When I laughed at that, she then offered 20% because she could sense I was "in a mood." No, I want a FULL refund or I want what I ordered. I've filed a case with PayPal, with pictures included, with what was ordered and what I actually received. I'm hoping I will get my money back. Such a complete scam company!

Absolute scam. Fought it with PayPal and PayPal Issued a FULL refund. Do not accept their pathetic attempt to give you a 10-20% refund. Everyone must fight to get their money back.

SCAM! How Facebook are allowed to post video advertisements from companies like this is beyond me. Ordered as a Christmas present for my little boy but it never arrived which, going by all the reviews is clearly not a bad thing. £45 down the drain. The only response I get from ‘Sunny’ the con artist is ‘thanks for your understanding, have a sweet day’. He will not give me my money back, I’ve asked and asked for a refund to no avail and I really feel like strangling Sunny. How they can do this to innocent people and particularly children is disgusting. Why I didn’t check trust pilot first I’ll never know. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID.

Actually scared my 11 year old

We purchased this in November as a Christmas present for our son and finally got it today, almost two months later. I was suspicious when it arrived in a small package in the mail. My son opened it and It was horrifying. It looks nothing like the product in the pictures and he left the room because he said it scared him too much. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I will be reaching out to Paypal to see if we can get our money back.

Total rip off. First they claim to be from California they are not it is a China based business. They do not send you anything close to what you ordered. I to bought the baby yoday that came today in the mail and it is awful, just awful. I have opened a claim with pay pal . This company is a fraud.

Wow so disappointed, look nothing like what was advertised, I posted the pics on FB and got a ton of reply's. my poor 5 yr old, was so upset. i ordered in Nov got to Canada, then sat at the shipping center for a week! i could have drove to get it . the sounds it makes is just repeating my daughters voice. FB should reimburse us!! since thats where i got the advertisement from!! FB sensors every thing but the products come on now !!!! DONT ORDER FROM THIS SUPPLIER !!!!

We all totally got scammed 😂😂😂 The Baby Yoda I received nearly 2 months after ordering it, looks like a Dollar Tree dog toy. I'm pretty sure they ripped off the real sounds from a proper Baby Yoda animatronic doll. The imitation mode is freaking hilarious though.
