The best company to rent, honest people, the apartment was as good as they offered, very good service cleaning. Receiving you and explaining how to use the apartment. They are simple great team. Very nice properties.

We had a wonderful experience using Ivy Lettings to rent a lovely place in Chelsea for 3 weeks. We were only meant to stay for 2 weeks but our long term rental fell through unexpectedly and Guy went above and beyond to accommodate us to come back to the property on the same day (after we already checked out) to a cleaned house. He also very kindly and quickly purchased air conditioning units when a hot spell hit to ensure our comfort. I cannot say enough kind things about the incredible customer service we received. I highly recommend Ivy Lettings!

Another great stay booked through Ivy. Guy found us the perfect little Kensington family house for a few weeks. Ivy couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home and the weekly housekeeping service is fantastic.

Great experience, highly recommended
I was badly let down by another letting agency (Plum Guide - AVOID!!) and IVY stepped in at short notice to organise a flat for me in central London.
The flat was small and quite basic, but it was clean and entirely fit for purpose (2 night stay). The location is superb, very central yet also very quiet.
Would undoubtedly use IVY LETTINGS again.

Reliable and reasonably priced
I have booked through and stayed with Ivy twice now and they will be my go to for future bookings. They are easy to deal with, reliable and reasonably priced. Our apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked.

The location is nice which the area is very convenient with the supermarket 5 minutes away and the underground station is within walking distance. The apartment is clean and all the things you needed are ready. I will stay again in this apartment if I visit London again.

Henniker Mews Christmas
We stayed at Henniker Mews in December and were happy to spend our holiday at this lovely three-story mews home. The house was already decorated with a mini-tree and a festive wreath on the front door. The kitchen was fully-equipped with an espresso machine, lots of plates, flatware and glasses plus a super quick compact dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and the room were spacious and the bathrooms were modern and brightly lit. The best part was the natural-light filled living room on the top floor which was big enough for everyone to lounge in on cold evenings. This is our second time to stay at an Ivy Lettings property and we will definitely book with them again.

Trustworthy and great value!
We have used Ivy 4 times now and they have been lovely to work with each time. The flats are well-supplied and in good locations. Ivy Lettings can accommodate a variety of budgets. We have compared prices and quality of flats with "other" popular flat rental agencies and Ivy has considerably better offerings and value. We've been impressed with their attention to detail and availability if you need to contact them; even on holidays! We will definitely continue to be a customer! Best rental experience in London
I have rented from Ivy while in London a few years now. I have looked into other short term rental companies but I always go back to Ivy. Their selection of properties seems superior to others almost as if they had sifted all properties and kept only the best in London. The properties are modern and well maintained. The folks behind the company seem genuinely committed to make you feel happy with the temporary housing experience. I strongly recommend Ivy.

Stylish, cozy and quiet. Some good restaurants in the immediate area, definitely recommend the Cote Brasserie opposite Parsons Green tube station station - only 5/6 minutes walk from the apartment. My family, wife son and adult daughter, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Management by Ivy was faultless.
