Jackloc Opiniões

Easy to order. Speedy delivery.
Instructions were easy to follow and it works like it should.

Issues with the delivery: no consignment number on the ‘attempted delivery’ cards on two occasions and no clear consignment number in the delivery texts meant I was unable to rearrange delivery. Emailed Jacklok and had a very speedy reply via phone and email from Donna. What a star! Helpful, kind and understanding. Delivery all sorted. Thank you!

Really brilliant locks! I live on the ground floor but can't sleep without the windows open which obviously worried me security wise. I did some research and this lock came up tops and now I can see why. Heavy, solid and strong really pleased

Very helpful on the phone about the product. The product is well designed, robust and easy to fit.

I ordered two Jackloc Pro 5 Duos to allow me to keep my inward-opening external door open securely whilst providing ventilation. Very easy to fit, and the low profile appearance minimises visual impact. They worked OK with the standard 200mm cable, but I realised that I'd improve the ventilation in my specific situation with a longer cable. Jackloc provided this special order within one week of my contacting them - very impressed.

The titan is sold as secure but all the keys are the same, so anyone can get a key and unlock your windows from outside and get in. Not very secure to me.

An exceptional customer service experience. Thank you.

A call on a Saturday, taken by Sam Brown (the sales manager), who couldn’t have been more helpful.

I recently purchased 4x Jackloc products realizing too late after installation (my fault), that they didn’t serve the purpose I had intended.

After hearing my story, Sam kindly offered me expert advise on how best to resolve my situation without affecting the aesthetics of my windows, whilst still achieving my desired requirements (in my case security).

I valued his time, advice and expertise. Excellent customer service. So rare and so appreciated!

Very pleased with experience purchasing from JACKLOC. The instructional YouTube video is really good, beneficial to see best way to install. I phoned customer services before I purchased and spoke to a knowledgeable, helpful member of staff who answered my questions fully. Updated when order was despatched and being delivered by courier. Eco-friendly packaging.

Delivered on time, looks intact

Strong products, delivered in good time

Fast delivery, no hassle, thank you

Good quality product, happy.

Great customer service. Answered my questions sent me a link, ordered and received within 2 days.

Had recommendation for Jackloc for limiting opening windows. Received quickly, was easy to fit following the video instructions. I did not use the provided screws, and found some similar normal screws to give me the option to remove them in future. (Which will probably never happen)...

Good solid safe product which arrived very quickly.

High quality product and great service.

I ordered the Jackloc window restrictors, order arrived very quickly but with 1 item missing.
After a quick phone call a replacement was sent out and arrived the next morning.
The staff were very professional and friendly.
The window restrictors were excellent quality.

Excellent quality. Nice and heavy which is a good sign for this type of device.
Delivery good. Would normally give a 5.
But for me - one big problem….
ONE KEY - why!?!?! Having to go out and get a spare key cut is time consuming and adds a good % to the cost of the product.
Will be returning sadly.

the speedy response

These are solidly made, well constructed, and easy to fit. They, unlike the numerous cheap Chinese made locks of similar design, are going to last a very long time. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. Additionally, I am pleased to say that they are British made, and come with very clear instructions and tamper proof screws.
