Knowing I can still speak to my partner and the kids can still speak to there daddy even when he has no credit on his account is amazing. Would highly recommend using Jailtele if your loved one is in prison. By Best thing I’ve even signed up for, for my partner.

While the services is good that you can get a call wherever you are an your not Stuck in the house waiting on a call sometimes the phone on the jail end doesn’t let the inmate know that the phones ringing out other than that good service

I bought an 0800 number thinking my brother who is in prison will get completely free calls but the prisons blatantly don’t allow these numbers for prisoners.

Dear Customer,
we're sorry the prison your inmate is located doesn't accept 0800 numbers. It is clearly stated on our website that some prisons do not accept it and we offer full refund in this case.
It's a pity you did not even try to contact our support to get the matter resolved and put 1 star rating instantly :(

Unfortunately some prisons do not accept 0800 numbers and we can't force them to do so. We do offer full refund in case this happens.

Unfortunately the prison Where my inmate is as wouldn’t accept the number . The customer service team did not hesitate it firstly sending my guidelines to show the prison to persuade them to change there mind ( this particular prison was just been awkward) and secondly they refunded me money . I would definitely recommend them 👌
