Helpful sales and follow up

I needed to modify my delivery timing and got a fast response to my request. Then when I installed the Bear Claw bear spray holder backwards, they were very patient and helpful to get that figured out.

Good job

Good job! Not many bears in Oklahoma, but riding in a remote(ish) rural area, I've encountered hogs, dogs and threatening skunks. Hope I never have to use the bear spray BUT I feel a lot more confident. Thanks.

Such great service

Such great service. I sent too many emails and asked too many questions. The lights, wiring harness and quality is top notch.

Great little piece

Great little piece. Bear season never seems to end up here in Vermont so this seemed like a good investment. There’s also plenty of back roads an wilderness here, this little whistle is also a great rescue device just in case I get injured or stuck! Highly recommended!

I am very experienced cycling and have a great local bike shop, but knew I needed expertise at a higher level when it came to picking out certain components, and got it here. Super helpful advice in outfitting my new tandem with a dynamo hub and making it work. I was very happy with the service and product.

Triangle bottle

Bought some triangle water bottles for a long ride and they’re sweet. Product was from Australia but was in stock at jefe bike, sweet. Got it just in time and they work great.
