Incredibly easy and fast order process…

Incredibly easy and fast order process with a nice personal email from Matt thanking me for the order and offering to help answer any questions I have regarding the kLite Gravel kit. Would highly recommend purchasing from jefe.bike!

Received holster quickly

Received holster quickly but have not had the opportunity to field test it yet. It's 3D printed and it feels durable. Will post field test review on YouTube.

Great company to work with

Matt and the team at jefe.bike are awesome. I've ordered from them more than once and they process orders quickly. One time I had a product I was not happy with, and they stood behind the product without hesitation and issued a refund. Great company!

Best Customer Service

Excellent customer service and great gear. I had a technical issue with a switch I had ordered for my Klite setup. Jefe was immediately able to troubleshoot over the phone and sent out a replacement part the same day. Jefe's customer service is the best in the bike business!!

Klite Gravel

Website was easy to navigate. Descriptions were detailed to make choosing easy. Check out was easy. Shipping was fast. Klite items themselves are amazing and durable. Instructions are online for wiring.
