Gestion d'une correspondance manquée catastrophique...
Nous avons voyagé sur le vol B6 752 du 26/02, en provenance de Cancun et à destination de NY JFK pour ensuite prendre le vol B6 1407 à destination de Paris CDG.
En raison du retard du premier vol , nous avons manqué notre correspondance vers Paris.
Dans l'avion, l'équipage nous a indiqué qu'une de personnes de chez Jet Blue serait présente à l'arrivée pour faciliter la connexion... aucun support n'a été fourni à l'arrivée.
Après un contrôle aux douanes assez rapide, nous avons patienté 30min à la réception des bagages et couru jusqu’à la zone d'enregistrement des bagages ou l'équipe JetBlue sur place nous a quasiment réprimandé car nous étions en retard pour l'enregistrement de ces bagages et qu'il était trop tard pour les enregistrés. On nous a donc orienté vers le service client.
Après avoir passé plus de 2h30 au comptoir du service client sans réelles solutions proposées à part un rebooking sur un vol prévu 2 jours plus tard, nous avons sans mal obtenu une réservation pour une nuit d'hotel dans la zone de l'aéroport. La proposition initiale était de nous laisser gérer cette réservation par nous-même et de réclamer un remboursement plus tard. Aucune proposition faite pour manger.
Après avoir passé la nuit à l'hotel, nous sommes donc retourné à l'aéroport le vendredi 27 au matin.
Après avoir consulté l'application et les possibilités de vol Jet Blue, nous avons proposé aux personnels du service client de JFK de prendre un vol pour Paris en correspondance par Boston.
1H s'est de nouveau écoulé au comptoir et nous avons réussi à obtenir nos billets retour.
La conclusion de cette histoire est que notre arrivée à destination a été retardée de "seulement" 22 heures mais nous nous étions contenté des réponses de JetBlue, j'aurais passé 48H à attendre à JFK sans réelle assistance du personnel JetBlue.
JetBlue vacation package from hell.
I bought a weekend trip for myself and Husband through JetBlue vacations. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted with a hotel before. Several sanitary and safety issues occured at the hotel and we reported them to hotel staff and security. Upon returning from my trip, I wrote to Jetblue vacation’s customer service. I was even more turned off by the response that I received from JetBlue vacations. Apparently they hold no responsibility since I booked the trip through their online portal. She said if I would have called them and spoke to a human they could have guided me to the proper hotel. Otherwise it was on me for not reading reviews of the property. I think this is ridiculous. I then asked to escalate the issue to somebody above. And I never heard back from anyone. in addition to the hotel issue our first flight towards our destination, the plane was filthy. Everything around our seats was sticky and dirty, including dirty socks in the seat pocket in front of us that must’ve been left from previous passengers.
I have been flying JetBlue for a very long time and have never experienced this lack of service and disregard for their customers before. I will never book a JetBlue vacation package again and I will share this with everyone I know.
Rola was Amazing!
Big shoutout to Rola with JetBlue for turning a really difficult day around. My wife called to book an earlier flight home for herself and her friend due to a bereavement situation. Rola was so compassionate and helpful. Not only did she manage to get them on the earlier flight, but she also refunded them $64 each, upgraded their seats to better ones, and coordinated a wheelchair exchange for the friend who needed it. She even waived the upcharge fee given the circumstances. It is rare to find an agent who combines such efficiency with genuine human kindness. Thank you, Rola, for taking care of my wife when she needed it most.

What I thought was a great airline to fly at has turned sour . 1 the vacation package was marketed as a buy one get one it was not it was full price just with added features and after showing protections on trip and flight protections they still charge 100 per person to cancel . Absolutely BOGUS . I will not be continuing membership and I will dedicate any opportunity I get to letting people know about how JetBlue really is 0 stars . Bend over someone else

This is the worst airline. I hate flying with them. Treat there customers like crap and need to be taking off the airlines. I do not support this airline AT ALL.
Frequent cancellation of flights
Frequent cancellation of flights, requesting that I pay for a seat upgrade that I’ve already paid for, and nonexistent customer service. There is always an extra charge. This airline is horrendous, and I will never fly with him again.
Our booking was canceled without notice
Our booking for our flight home from St Maarten was canceled and we didn't cancel it. Chat was 2 hour wait so I called and on hold for over an hour. I will have to pay my overseas cell phone charges. Someone comes on and says they didn't cancel it; maybe we were hacked but my only option was rebook one way and use credits which did not cover checked bag fees so I had to repay that too. No courtesy - not even waive $35 fee to have booked on phone. Not even an email to tell us our booking was canceled - if I hadn't noticed the credit we would have showed up at the airport. I am so disgusted with this airline.

If I can give them a zero star I would. This is the worst airline. They changes our flight arrival time 2.5 hours later. We paid for airport pick up and they can't change or wait 2.5 hours for us to arrive. I called the airline and asked to get out on a earlier flight and they refused becaus it wasn't delayed by 3 hours!! Like WHAT!!? I specifically picked that arrival time because it fit with our transportation from the airport! I will never fly with them ever again!
The JetBlew Experience
It takes some serious effort to make sure everything goes wrong. JetBlew charged us extra for changing our flight due to weather when they said there would be no extra charge. Then the crew was late so we boarded an hour and a half after we were supposed to. After sitting on the tarmac for an additional hour, we finally were able to take off. JetBlue promises WiFi… the WiFi didn’t work. JetBlue promises TV…the TV didn’t work…and this was just the beginning.
On our return flight, we were delayed, delayed, boarded, de-boarded, delayed, delayed… you get the idea. Many of these delays were due to maintenance issues, an incomplete maintenance log book, and then log book approvals.
Overpriced, empty promises, and a team effort made sure our experience blew. Thank you JetBlew.

THIS AIRLINE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Not only was our flight delayed, they are the least accommodating airline I have ever been on. On my flight from Aruba to JFK there were so many open seats that we had asked an attendant to move us to like So Many Seats. and she refused to let me and my boyfriend sit next to each other leaving us in the back for absolutely no reason. This would never happen with Delta. It also smells bad and has to slowest service I've ever experienced. Why did I have to wait 30 minutes to be able to pee because the attendant wanted to stay blocking the aisle to chat with someone???????

No one is looking out for how the overheads are being abused. People take away the overhead space at your seat with bags in excess that they bring on board.
Crew chooses to force you to checkyour needed bag allowed to be carried on rather than force the abusers to check theirs.

JetBlue’s handling of the recent NE weather cancellations was unacceptable. Despite all regional airports being grounded, they refused to rebook me from a functional alternate airport, claiming it was "out of their jurisdiction."
The Breakdown:
The Cost: My original $488 ticket turned into a nightmare when I was forced to pay an additional $298 out of pocket to secure a flight from a different airport.
The Refund: Despite their email promising a full refund for cancellations, they refused to honor it.
The Service: My representative, Cody, was completely dismissive. He showed zero empathy and repeatedly stated that my displacement "was not a JetBlue concern."
I will no longer fly JetBlue. I’ll be taking my business to reputable airlines that actually prioritize customer experience during travel disruptions.

my husband and I booked our flights together and they put us in separate seats on opposite sides of the plane. I went to the desk and asked to be moved next to each other and they said to come back in 30 minutes when seats were assigned. We sat close by and overheard another couple walk up 10 minutes after and get seats next to each other changed and were so thankful. So I went back up and the lady’s rolled her eyes at me and said “if you want to pay for seats you can have them” so I asked how much and she said $65 a piece. I just paid it. I didn’t sleep all day (flight was at 7am and we had a 2 hour drive. I will literally never fly jet blue again. I’ve never in my life been seated not next to the person I booked with.

Jetblue is the absolute worst airline. They cancelled our flight to Vegas. The first time, they booked an alternative, and then the alternative was cancelled a few hours later, which was a few hours before we were supposed to depart, After that, they couldn’t find any alternate flights so I was forced to accept a refund which I was told would be credited to my account by an email. That wasn’t the case because when I called last night, they had me on hold for 40 minutes before I could speak to someone. And they had no idea about the refund! So they had to process one when I was on the phone and now I have to wait 7-10 more business days. I ended up having to book one at the last minute. I went with Southwest with zero issues on any leg of the trip.
Never book JetBlue.
JetBlue flight 1374
JetBlue flight 1374 on 2/24/26, Flight attendant Sheyene was super rude. I was sitting on row 2. As soon as I boarded and tried to put my bag on the overhead bin she yelled at me because row 1 and 2 were for row 1. I asked why and she rudely yelled at me saying because they had no seat in front of them. She even gave me a hard time for putting my backpack on row 4 because I had a pet, which I had to pay a large fee to flight with. This is nonsense. I understand accomodating but I paid a very expensive price for the ticket to have to accommodate for people that get last minute tickets and also deal with a horribly mannerless and rude flight attendant. She even called out another flight attendant to stop the boarding because she wanted someone to moved back. Please value customers and treat them appropriately. You already have a horrible delayed and canceled flights track record. Now rudeness too. I may have to move to delta.

Worst flight!! They used to be good but not anymore. Our trip to Disney last week started off so rough… thanks to jet blue!
They lost luggage of half the plane and we were asked to come and collect it at 1 am in the morning. We had no choice but to wait coz everything was in there. The luggage didn’t arrive till 3am and that wasted out next day as well coz everyone was extremely tired. Some passengers had babies with them and it hurt them more than us coz our kids were comparatively older. On our way back, plane shut down suddenly with no info from their side. We are still to take off and i already feel anxious. It is a disaster travelling with jet blue. If you have a choice , try other ones!

I am extremely disappointed with JetBlue’s service. Our tickets were canceled twice, causing unnecessary stress and confusion for my entire family. On top of that, after the second cancellation, JetBlue separated our family onto two different flights instead of keeping us together.
Traveling with family should not be this difficult, and the lack of coordination and customer support made the situation even worse. We planned this trip carefully, and these repeated cancellations completely disrupted our travel plans.
This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I expected much better organization and customer care. Unfortunately, this situation has seriously affected my trust in JetBlue, and I will reconsider flying with them in the future.nuestra experiencia con JetBlue fue extremadamente decepcionante. La falta de responsabilidad, comunicación y consideración hacia los pasajeros —especialmente familias con niños— demuestra un servicio muy deficiente. Esperábamos más profesionalismo y apoyo en una situación creada por la misma aerolínea.
No recomendamos viajar con JetBlue hasta que mejoren su atención al cliente y manejo de cancelaciones.
