Rotten tomatoes ans smelly baby corns

Today first time i ordered from Jiomart just 3 things baby corn, tomatoes & potatoes. baby corn are smelling, tomatoes are rotten & potatoes big & green. worst experience and never thought Jiomart sells such cheap quality products.

Very bad app

Very bad app, services, policies. I had purchased gift card of 1000 & used in order of amount 279 only remaining amount of rs 721 not reflecting in jiomart gift card wallet. customer service team saying as per policy you cannot use remaining balance. how come? I would strongly recommend not to purchase any gift card or voucher for jiomart. making fool of customers, even during redemption i haven't seen any msg that remaining amount can't be used again. other app provide facility of partial use.

This is a fraud, a totally fraud company. You will order something, they will send you something and the same thing will show in your account.which he will send.Never buy anything from Jio Mart, it is a total fraud.

Ordered from Ludhiana Jio Mart on 26/07/2925 at 1.38 pm, order under process at 1.41pm, shipped at 1.48pm, order returned at 1.49pm

How come order returned it's own after shipping?

Not sure what type of service is this?

How did I return this order, if you didn't come to my home to deliver

difference in displayed price and charged price

They have very attractive offers at display and lure the customers to buy more products. But, there are two discrepancies I often notice. 1. So many times the MRP on product is lesser than the displayed MRP. 2. Many often, the offer price displayed on shelves does differ from the actual price they charge at the time of billing. It means they display lesser price and charge much more... yani hathi ke dant, khane ke aur, dikhane ke aur. When customer bring the difference in their notice, they excuse that their billing system gets daily updated. This is the clear violation of consumers' rights... especialy during the festival/special sale period.

I am regretting that I shopped from this cheap platform

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience forced me to.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Plus (Order ID: 17529168190336549M) on 19th July 2025, fully prepaid. It was supposed to be delivered by 23rd July – which is my birthday. Thought it would be a great gift to myself.

But guess what? It’s the 23rd, and the phone still hasn’t arrived. No courier name, no tracking ID, nothing. The status just says “shipped” and that’s it. AWB and transporter info literally says "NA". I mean… what kind of serious company ships an iPhone and doesn’t even provide a proper tracking link?

I tried calling, emailing, chatting — same copy-paste responses and no real help. I’m shocked this is the level of service from a company backed by Reliance.

This was my first ever order with JioMart and it’s definitely my last. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay away. Buy from someone who knows what customer service means.

Milk purchased from Jio Mart was bad

We had ordered 4 pouches of milk 1 litre each from jiomart. 2 litres of Prabhat gold brand and 2 of Govardhan gold brand.
All 4 pouches, the milk had turned bad, within 4 days. Tried calling customer care but no response. On 4th day, managed to get through and customer care lady responded saying that complaint should have been raised within 2 days. We never faced this problem even with Dmart.

Please do not purchase milk through jiomart.

Delivered items in shit smell bag from inside

They don't deserve even zero star but without clicking on Star one can't write the review, so...
What å pathetic service. Never ever experienced items get delivered in bag with full smell of human shit including food items.
I Called their customer care 3 times, even written the report 3 times through "Need help" but no use! Jio Customer care is just to listen & say we understand but do write it again.
For my Surprise they even deleted all Compliant from "Activ"! What a Shame.
As a customer we don't wish to use whole day to fight for it, so at the end I need to throw whole thing out of my home.

Worst Experience Ever! Jiomart is a SCAM!

I’ve never been more frustrated with an online shopping platform than I am with Jiomart. What they are doing is nothing short of a scam, and here's why:

Quick Delivery = False Promise!
Jiomart claims “Quick Delivery” with times as short as 10-30 minutes. Sounds great, right? But here’s the reality: They never deliver on this promise! Even if you choose the "quick delivery" option, you’ll find yourself waiting for days, sometimes even longer. And when they do "realize" that the delivery is delayed, they blame it on your pincode. Why is it that they don’t check if the pincode is eligible for quick delivery at the time of placing the order? This is the most basic thing in any online system! They should hire some competent technical developers to get their system in shape, maybe take notes from companies like Zepto or Blinkit who manage to get it right!

No Option to Cancel Orders
Seriously, NO CANCEL OPTION in their app or web portal! How am I supposed to cancel my order if there's no option? You’d think a company this big would have a simple process in place, but NO! When I reached out to customer care to cancel my order, they didn’t even know how to handle it.

Awful System Updates
Jiomart’s system is completely broken. When I cancelled an order in the morning, it was still shipped the next day without updating the system properly. You mean to tell me they can't see that an order was cancelled the day before? How incompetent can they be? It took 24 hours for them to update my order status after a cancellation. What kind of useless system is this?

Unprofessional Staff (Store Manager)
I reached out to the store manager (Akash Singh, Surat - Guj Store) - [Mob - 8780521780], and he had the audacity to say: “Jo ukhadna hai, ukhad lo.” Is this how you treat your customers? Am I just a fool for placing an order with Jiomart? This is the level of professionalism you can expect from their management.

Rude and Unhelpful Customer Care
Don’t even bother contacting customer care. They disconnect calls when you try to explain your issue and have the nerve to be rude. They seem to think offering a small refund will somehow fix things. Let me remind you, Jiomart: It’s not about the refund. It’s about trust and respect! Every time a customer is disrespected, you lose their business. And trust me, I will never shop from Jiomart again!

No Response to Customer Support Tickets
Even after raising multiple support tickets, there’s absolutely no response. They just ignore you. Zero accountability! You can send tickets all day, but they never respond or even bother to acknowledge your issue.

A Message to the Ambani Group:
You’ve collected so much money from customers all over India --- how about you start providing some real value and respect to your customers?

You are only digging your own grave. Either stop the scam or improve your system and customer service. This is no longer about making a profit; it’s about protecting your brand’s reputation.

It's such worse company, it isn't able to refund the customer. Like they're not refunding and saying that they had refund my money. They're robbing our nation by normal people. To the ambani I wanna say that you're just rich by the nation and you're playing with the nation.

Jiomart is completely fraud app they are giving different products then after raising complain they denied to return and refund. This is the order Id which I got cheated. The customer executive are disconnecting the call without solving the problem. Need to close this jiomart.

Jiomart=very difficult/poor customer care system.system

Jiomart ka customer service is very poor. One simple customer always cheated by there policy. Customer can't understand his return policy, refund policy etc. That is different with different order in same category.
I received a order with damaged product, and trying from last 5days to raise a complaint. But today customer service agent is saying return window closes, due to technical issue photo upload karne me problem thi,jab pics upload Hui to bata rha hai , complaint window 24hrs me close ho gaya.,we can't help you.
Ye baat 5dino se kyu nahi bola.
Jiomart 158/rs ka damaged product bheja aur bear kre customer. Very bad experience.

There's no option for 0 stars, if I could I would only rate them 0. Pathetic, unresponsive, useless delivery agents and customer care. Ordered something and did not receive it. Raised a complaint and they are playing games with it. So exhausting that you have to run behind these guys to get something delivered.

In June 30

In June 30, 2025, I ordered items valued at ₹351 from JioMart (order number: 17512925981143606A)but they were never delivered. The customer care people later informed me order wasn't confirmed from their side and that a refund would be issued within seven days. I told them to make order status cancelled but they ended the conversation.Now, seven days later, the order has been removed from my account, I haven't received my refund, and I can't reach customer support.

Pathetic service.

Fix ur standards... Customers deserves better..

I ordered a shampoo from JioMart and it came half empty and without any seal. Even the other items were not sealed properly. This is unsafe and very careless.

Now they’re asking me to upload photos of the damaged item instead of solving the issue directly.
How about you ensure products are sealed and safe before shipping them in the first place?

Really disappointed. I won’t order again and don’t recommend JioMart to anyone.
