Fix ur standards... Customers deserves better..

I ordered a shampoo from JioMart and it came half empty and without any seal. Even the other items were not sealed properly. This is unsafe and very careless.

Now they’re asking me to upload photos of the damaged item instead of solving the issue directly.
How about you ensure products are sealed and safe before shipping them in the first place?

Really disappointed. I won’t order again and don’t recommend JioMart to anyone.

I’ve ordered from JioMart three times, and each time has been a complete disaster.

🔴 First Order – I ordered fruits, and they were delivered completely spoiled. When I raised a complaint, instead of a full refund, I received only 25% of the amount back.

🔴 Second Order – I placed another order, and for two days, there was no response, no update, and no delivery. It felt like my order was just ignored.

🔴 Third Order – I gave them one last chance. I placed an order, and the very next day it was cancelled by JioMart without any explanation, and again, only 30% of the amount was refunded.

This level of service is unacceptable.
There is zero reliability, poor customer support, and partial refunds for their own mistakes.

I strongly recommend not to order anything from JioMart. You’ll just end up wasting your time, money, and energy.

Repeated Order Cancellations After Payment – Unreliable Service

I placed two prepaid orders on JioMart – Order No. ending with 84315W and 99853W – and both were cancelled by JioMart or their delivery partner without any explanation.

Not only did I not receive the products, but my payment was also held up, and there was no proactive communication or support from their team. I had to follow up multiple times through the app, phone calls, and WhatsApp, only to get automated or delayed responses. For a platform operated by such a large company, this kind of customer experience is completely unacceptable.

This is not just poor service — it's a serious breach of trust. If you prepay, there is no guarantee your order will be fulfilled, and getting your money back is a long and frustrating process.

I will not be ordering from JioMart again, and I strongly recommend others to be cautious when placing prepaid orders on this platform.

JioMart Unreliable Service and Low-Quality Products

Extremely disappointed with JioMart’s service. Multiple items were of poor quality — including stale ginger and worm-infested onions. Ordered regular potatoes but received baby potatoes instead, and even those were bad. Delivery promises are false — claimed 11-minute delivery but arrived after 10 hours. This isn’t a one-time issue; similar problems have occurred with other orders too. Totally unreliable.

I am dr Jashwantrai dholakian stay mumbai Jogeshwari 400060.i am surprised we have been cheated by jio mart but when read on website many have been cheated so far on refund issue. I experience they send me wrong refund order number like ARN/RRN we came to know only when my bank started process for chargeback. They act absolutely nonsense talk and no one answer on that. Be careful to buy products from jiomart on advance payment.

As per my experience it's the worst home delivery app. It's been twice that I have placed an order but I haven't received my order. they don't deliver the order for more than 24 hrs and they themselves place the status as "return"

Jiomart is selling all expired products. …

Jiomart is selling all expired products and when we complain about it they are saying your complaint is time bared. But they don't accept that the product was already expired before delivery. They are fooling the people by saying they are giving discount but in fact they are charging more. It's a worst company. Nobody should online purchase from Jiomart.

jiomart sells expired products and weight of vegetables are less. When you file complaint they a few times actually refund but I observed that they just send email that issue is resolved but they don't refund money. It is a scam. I used to assume that they must have refunded but actually sometimes only it happened. It is a scam of just writing and completing the complaint resolved without refund.

Another type of scam is writing that delivery is free and then asking to complete rs 100 for free delivery.

I’ve been regularly ordering Amul milk (3 pouches at a time), but unfortunately, the milk often turns sour (fat gaya/sooj gaya) soon after delivery. This is not just a one-time issue — it has happened 4 to 5 times now.
What's more frustrating is that the expiry date is still valid, so it's definitely not expired milk. I don’t know why it’s happening, but it continues to be a problem.
As a regular customer, this is very disappointing. It leads to wastage of money and inconvenience, especially when you depend on it for daily use. I request the team to look into the cold chain and quality control during delivery. This kind of experience should not happen repeatedly.

Cheating customers

They are cheating customers. Sending wrong items deliberately and then not listening to complaints. Even mail I’d given on invoice is no longer functional. I ordered for Good life green raisin but u received packet with a clear mention of yellow raisins. When i raised the complaint they are repeatedly closing complaint showing resolved while neither the replacement given not they have refunded the amount

purchased a ₹2,000 JioMart gift
voucher and used it to place an order
worth ₹724. Without any warning or
visible notice, the remaining balance
of ₹1,276 was forfeited. This is highly
misleading and unfair.
JioMart customer support refuses to
help, and even discourages legal
action by saying "filing a complaint
won't change anything."
There was no clear warning at
checkout that this was a one-time-use
voucher and that the remaining
balance would be lost. This violates
consumer rights under Section 2(47)
of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
for "unfair trade practices.
1 request either a refund of the unused
balance or a reissued voucher.

I ordered from JioMart expecting quick…

I ordered from JioMart expecting quick delivery as promised, but the experience was far from that. My order was delayed without any proper update or explanation. The app showed one delivery date, but the package arrived much later. This is not the level of service I expected from a major brand like Jio. If fast delivery is important to you, I would recommend looking at other options like Blinkit . Very disappointed and unlikely to order again unless things improve.

unreliable fake company

I ordered a few products yesterday. I got a text message saying I will get the delivery a day later. However, when I opened the Jiomart page, the delivery was shipped at 11.03 pm and was returned a minute later by me!!! It is absolutely impossible to do that unless you ship the products from next door. Jio mart is a fraud, an unreliable setup and a company without any principles or scruples!!! This is my 2nd or 3rd bad experience. I will not order from them from now on.
