I have placed my order on the 13th. I have still yet to receive my order and apparently it keeps saying it’s at the post office. I have spent good money on these items and I’ve ordered from you before. I don’t understand what the shipping process was, but I am not pleased that I still as of today have not received my order and I cannot track it when I click on the tracker. It tells me not available.
