Difficult to access customer help

Streamlined online processing
Streamlined online processing. The only instructions I would give software developers is, while the user changes their mind (before accepting quote) about details such as voluntary excess, display a panel with live update to annual and monthly figure changes. Also include the deposit figure for monthlies.

Well i had a quote which was brilliant but 2 days later they cancel my insurance saying it was a technical error that my quote was generated without the proper checks or something like that,o now I need to find insurance pay a lump some down because of their mistake

Amazing value for money!
I've been driving for more than 40 years, no speeding fines, no at fault accidents...I even use drive score and have a score of 914! a clean record - yet mainstream insurers still wanted to charge me more than double my previous years premium. Then Rooster came back with a quote that seemed too good to be true! I checked them out and they were offering a decent level of cover for a fraction of the price other insurers were prepared to give, despite either being a current customer or having had cover in the past. Once I was satisfied I took out the insurance and received my policy documents via email in minutes. Hassle free and really good value for money. I'm still pinching myself it's so good!!

I am happy to see that Rooster car insurance has refunded me the extra deposit that it took
I reported the duplicate deposit for chargeback to my Lloyds bank who were extremely unhelpful regarded this as fraud and blocked my card causing undue stress confusion

Excellent customer service, offered me the cheapest policy with equal cover to other insurers.
Rooster offered me with the cheapest policy when I needed to obtain a new insurance policy, around 25% cheaper than other insurers on comparison sites with equal cover, baring in mind I was 21 at time of obtaining cover with 2 previous claims.
I did not need to claim through the policy, so I cannot comment on the claims process, although I am sure that if it is as great as the customer service, you wouldn’t have an issue.
They unfortunately could not offer me a competitive renewal quote this time round, so I have changed insurer, but I will always check them out for future policies as they have always offered reasonable prices for other cars.
Although all customer assistance agents were great when I needed them, Jack stood out the most, he helped me with obtaining my proof of NCD for my new insurer. Exceptionally friendly, helpful and appears overall great at his job.

Colleague was very knowledgeable, and when I needed to change insurers she understood the issue and the additional cover that I required. Even though the result was that I needed to terminate with Rooster, and the colleague went out of her way to try and line up a different insurer, there was no forced pressure in staying with the company.
