I recently used Jones Whyte for the offer/conveyancing on my house purchase, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.Buying a house is notoriously stressful, but their communication was exceptionally well managed. Would highly recommend them.

Please stay away from this company. I have lodged a formal complaint with them and will be going to the Legal Ombudsman if it's not resolved - they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

If I went into all the details of why I don't recommend them, it would be a book, so I'll just advise you to save yourself the stress and save your money, especially if you're thinking of them for help with buying/selling a property, just don't, honestly.

They don't even use proper solicitor's, instead they use paralegals who are in massive need of training, not just to do their job, but in how to deal with people.

Please use another firm - the stress is honestly not worth it. I was asked to edit this review because I mentioned the name of the paralegal assigned to me, which I did so that the review will remain and hopefully help others. However, this once again shows that they care more about their image than actually helping people.

When I told the seller's estate agent and solictor who my solicitor was, they actually gave a knowing sympathetic nod when I told them how shocking my experience was, so I'm pretty sure that most of their positive reviews are fake or incentive-driven - everyone I've spoken to about them knows what they're like, so please pay attention to the negative reviews about this firm.

Ironically, my seller's estate agents were more help to me during this process than the dimwit I was assigned or anyone else at Jones Whyte.

The main issue I have had with previous solicitors for conveyancing is the lack of communication. Nicole and Mark were excellent with this however, setting things out clearly and responding promptly to questions and queries. The overall service from Jones Whyte was efficient and friendly, and I would recommend using them for conveyancing to anyone considering them.

I have recently bought a house with conveyancing help from Weronika, Kyle and Tomas. It went ahead with no major problem; despite the seller being a will Executor living abroad. My only concern was the length of time the process took but this was largely due to the title deed having to be digitised to comply with current law. I would definitely use JW again.

An excellent review of our Trust. Sarah Dooey was thorough and most organised and helpful. We gained insight and practical help. Very impressed.
