We had just moved from England to Edinburgh and knew the process of buying a property was radically different. Shraiyah Govender clearly explained the Scottish system (sent us a very helpful Jargon Buster) and navigated us through the stressful rollercoaster of viewings and offers to a final successful offer accepted conclusion. Her advice throughout was invaluable and always spot on. Shraiyah is very professional and knowledgeable and responded to all calls and emails promptly. She was also always friendly, very supportive and upbeat, keeping us going through the naturally stressful times. We always felt in very safe hands and would recommend Shraiyah and Jones Whyte without hesitation.
