I placed an order for 3 items, their website said all my items were in stock. After waiting for 3 weeks for my order to be shipped, as it said one of my items was a pre-order, I contacted them only to find out that the item had actually been discontinued. If I hadn’t chased it I’m not sure how long I would have waited for my order to be shipped as they did not inform me of the discontinued item. On a positive note once I had managed so speak to someone and not just an AI agent I managed to swap the item and received my order a couple of days later.

The personalised apron I ordered had a spelling mistake which turned out to be a typing error on my part on the online order form. However, after flagging my issue, I received a fast track response apologising and committing to send a replacement apron free of charge.

Bit disappointed
Lovely blanket but a bit disappointed the wording isn't sewn in and is just printed on top. Also that such a pricey item didn't come in a box - when clearly it's a present for someone. I think £80 is a lot bearing these two things in mind.

Don’t worry like I did!!
Customers should be aware that when they place your order, the confirmation email shows the ‘example’ plaque, so I thought that was what I was going to receive. I immediately emailed customer support and they reassured me that was not the case. They responded within minutes, the plaque I received is PERFECT.
Maybe the IT peeps should warn customers this happens????
