Nice product but bad customer service experience and unexpected customs charges
The piggy bank itself is nice. However, it was delivered internationally and while it normally should be below the threshold for customs charges, there was no customs declaration on the package so I had to pay a €15 customs charge. I contacted the company about the extra charge and was fobbed off with a series of AI-generated responses.

So disappointed
So disappointed. When I placed the order delivery was stated at Tuesday. One week later and no order! I’ve emailed customer service who were initially helpful but now no product and no response. Was purchased as a special gift and now no time for replacement.

I ordered three of the piggy banks and I absolutely love them. Great quality, very well packaged, beautifully printed themes and all at a very reasonable price.
