The end product is great quality ...
The end product is great quality and a welcome gift, that is why am a repeat customer.
However as it transpired I ordered something a little bespoke, only by chasing and questioning was I able to get the item finished and sent out. No
communication about any delays or queries was forthcoming til I initiated.
That said when I did raise it I did get a customer service person who was able to assist.
